Please with the product with the exception of one of the LED bulbs was defective
Products were well made with nice finishes. Packaging was exceptional but frustrating to un-pack. LOL I would purchase from Ulamps again.

It has been well over a week since my order was placed. No shipping info (despite 2-3 days processing), no response to email or chat and a recording when you call customer service. Will I get my products?

Product was as described and was packed very well in wood crates. At the beginning communication could have been better, but they improved that and I am very happy with everything. Will buy from them again

Very Impressed with this Company
Communication was seamless, and the lights were packaged so well. Nothing could have been ruined during shipping as I imagine it took hours just to package the lights. I was very impressed! I have not had the ability to hang the lights yet as we are in the middle of building the house, so I can't comment as to how they will operate, but they looked very nice!
