UK Trace Omdömen

One address of two searched for was found - advised to pay for advanced search for other person with £75 fee refunded if unsuccessful. Unsuccessful but fee was promised as a PayPal refund - eventually received the refund but it took months of sending emails to get it.

it worked - found person looking for

I didn't get any info more than what I could have found simply online, so was a waste of £5.00. I didn't try the £30 deal, so that might have been better. I didn't have much faith. Also, the person I was seeking was of German origin, though had lived in uk for 20 years, so probably more difficult to trace.

Great service, felt very personalised. I got all the information I needed quickly and would definitely recommend.

Thanks Ibrahim.

Great service. We simply wanted peace of mind about someone close who had become estranged, just to know where they were.
Very simple process and within 3 days we had the info.
Thanks Ibrahim, you have reassured an anxious family.

Didn't find them helpful all I'm afraid. I gave them every piece of information they could possibly require to ensure my search was legitimate but they just kept coming back for more. I just gave up. They may well respond to this quotating gdpr, but it was actually useless contacting them in the first place tbh.

Quick response

Even though we could not succeed with the trace exactly you tried very hard and gave me alternatives and I greatly appreciated your services.

five stars for providing the information required and responding promptly to one further inquiry.
However, the accuracy of the information provided is yet to be confirmed!

Not the result I was hoping for but very good at replying and information received.

Easy to do, got the results I needed in the time frame given. No issues. Very happy 👍

paid for 2 day service last wednesday and still haven’t received any response. also messaged on website and haven’t gotten a reply.

i wanted to trust this since the reviews were so good but since i haven’t heard back it really is a shame. thank god i didn’t lose too much money.

Very thorough and very quick! They did what I couldnt do despite months of trying. Incredible. Highly recommended.

Have asked repeatedly for the refund of £5 I was assured I would receive. They ignore ALL communications and fail to live up to their promises.
The address provided was correct and for this I'm thankful but their attitude and response are atrocious.

No I don't get any refund. PayPal haven't refunded me.

Incredible service who under promise and over deliver. We received much more info than we expected within 1 hour. I can’t recommend them enough. Ibrahim was wonderful

Great service and information

Information was provided in advertised timescale and Ibrahim was helpful throughout. Great value for a fiver!

It appears they do not trace people. I fortunately paid with pay pal. No service. Do not pay using credit card revealing your details. I got my money back. Will you. Given old information then invited to pay nearly 100 pounds to get anything near an upto date address.
