Very satisfied
Prompt delivery and extremely well packaged; no damage at all. Had to phone to get advice about cutting (angle grinder, thin metal disc - worked beautifully). Strip lights above the ceiling show up a little bit more than with the previous, very old and discoloured tiles, but not enough that you would think about it.

Morning Peter.
Thank you for your order of the prismatic diffusers and good to hear the tiles were received quickly and with no damage.
As the project itself is fairly delicate, due to its make up and to allow light through, we invest a lot of time and effort in packaging these up as best we can ready for transit.
Thanks again for your order and feedback. It is greatly appreciated by all the team.
Kind Regards

Good Morning Mark,
Thank you for your order and sorry to hear and see the damage of the prismatic tiles from your emails this morning. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We rely heavily on the couriers taking care when delivering to our customers, We know that if the packages (especially the prismatic tiles) are dealt with heavily handed by the courier, leaves them prone to damage.
We always do our best to protect the package/corners as best we can economically, so it is always disappointing to hear of issues like yours, as we pride our company values on quick shipment and customer service throughout.
My colleague Mike has replied back to your email this morning (we were out of office over the weekend) and are shipping replacements out today on a next day service.
For your reassurance and to give the replacement package/tiles the best chance of being received as we'd expect, the package will be double edged protected.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Kind Regards
Graham Milne

Great Quality Tiles and Fantastic Service!
I bought some ceiling tiles from UK Suspended Ceilings, and I’m super happy with the whole experience. The tiles are great quality and were priced really fairly, which is hard to find these days.
What stood out was how well they kept me updated at every step - order confirmation, dispatch, delivery - you name it. The tiles arrived in just a few days and were packaged with care, so everything was in perfect shape.
If you’re looking for good quality tiles at a decent price and a company that actually communicates, I’d definitely recommend these guys!

Helpful and reasonable pricing
Happy to take the time to answer phone queries and gave prompt reply to email query. No delivery charge for order under £50.
Website needs updating though, to clearly indicate delivery charge, or state "Free delivery", rather than an asterisk.

Hi Matthew,
Thank you very much for your recent purchase of our Fine Fissured Ceiling Tiles and for your positive and constructive review!
To clarify, we offer free UK mainland delivery on all ceiling tiles with a minimum order of one box, regardless of the order value. However, due to higher courier charges for deliveries to remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands) or for larger items like ceiling grids, additional carriage fees can apply.
The asterisk on our website refers to our delivery price list, so customers can check if their order is eligible for free delivery. The carriage charge is shown in the basket/checkout once delivery information is entered. That said, I agree it would be clearer if we directly stated "Free Delivery" when an order qualifies, rather than using just the asterisk. This would make it easier for our customers to understand without needing to refer to the list.
I will pass your suggestion to our web team to explore improving this. We really appreciate your feedback, it helps us continue to improve our service.
Thanks again for taking the time to post the review, and we look forward to assisting you in the future!
Warm regards,
Mike

Really nice suspended ceilings and go together well, my only complaint is every time you order you don’t get the same profile, perimeter edge will keep changing thickness lock together different so can’t use any left over from job before, but very well priced

Good Afternoon Martin,
Thank you for your recent order and thank you for your positive but constructive feedback.
As far as i am aware, The Perimeter profiles/angles have always been the same in dimensions, so not sure what has happened in this instance.
Because of your comments i will double check all stock today, to avoid any future issues with heights etc.
Please feel free to give me a call directly, if you need any further help or assistance.
Kind Regards
Ian
