Sammy is a superstar!
I would like to give the highest commendation to SAMMY BUSH who has been nothing short of amazing. She consistently provides excellent customer service and is always helpful, professional, and accommodating whenever I get in touch. Sammy is truly an asset to your company, and I feel it’s important that her efforts are recognised.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about another customer service advisor I have dealt with in the past. That experience was extremely disappointing, as the advisor was rude and passive-aggressive, which made the interaction quite unpleasant.
I felt it was important to share both experiences, as they were at complete opposite ends of the spectrum. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Secure and safe storage. Friendly staff.
I found the service to be excellent. Never having needed a storage facility before, I had to find somewhere to store furniture for a few months. The range of different sized units available made it easy to choose one for our needs. As we disposed of furniture it was easy to downsize to a different unit. The actual facility was very secure. There is an initial month discount which does then increase sharply. I did have an initial problem trying to access the facility for the first time as I had not been told there were various ID checks which needed completing. However, after that everything went smoothly. I have to compliment each staff member I spoke to (about 6 or 7) during my rental. They were, without exception, polite, helpful and engaging. The last person I spoke to was Jo but it would be unfair not to mention that everyone I spoke to gave a very good impression of the company. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again

I had to arrange very urgent storage within an hour or so, having landed in Thailand and my storage situation changed. Choosing the right option was easy, booking was quick and the storage process for my family to help me was easy.

Facility good, questionable company practices
The storage experience itself was good; easy to arrange, clean premises, plenty of trolleys etc for moving items from your car to your unit. You will get to learn your access code from memory as you have to enter it several times moving through the premises, but at least you know your property is secure. The low score relates to the company's procedure to claiming payment when you vacate and the refund time, which is a shame. You have to pay for each month in advance, which is perfectly fine. You also have to give 2 weeks notice before moving out, which again is fine, but they insist on taking a full month's payment even if you were going over by 1 day having already given that notice period, at the threat of no access if you don't. It then takes them over 3 weeks to refund the difference of what you haven't used. It's a shame as until that the experience had been great.

Our records show that your payments were made via Direct Debit. With this method, we do need to ensure the funds have fully cleared before a refund can be processed. Your account was finalised on 19th November, and refunds are typically received within 7–10 days.
On this occasion, I can see your refund was returned to your account on 3rd December — one day later than estimated. We apologise for this delay and appreciate how frustrating it can be when timings don’t align as expected.
