Very happy with the service etc. very secure but try to keep it temp. Prices do rise and it gets very expensive. When I started it was £143 pcm by the end it was £343 pcm and that was from December 2025 till April 2026

Regarding the increase in cost, it's worth noting that many customers join us on an introductory promotional offer, such as a 50% discount for an initial period. This discounted rate is designed to help make moving into storage more affordable, particularly during what can often be an expensive and stressful time. Once the promotional period ends, the price reverts to the standard storage rate for the unit size and location. We monitor rates daily to ensure we are fair and competitive, even at our standard rate.
As a result, the increase can sometimes appear significant when compared directly to the initial discounted rate. The standard rate reflects the ongoing costs of providing secure, professionally managed storage facilities, including site maintenance, security systems, insurance requirements, and customer support. The business does not operate on the promotional rate alone, as this is intended as a temporary introductory offer rather than the long-term storage charge.

Billing a little more tricky but any issues quickly resolved.
Biggest tick goes to the speed of a telephone call be answered and by a human being who knows what they are talking about.

Great experience
Everything was done over the phone. The person who we dealt with was very professional and had a sence of humar. From phoning to payment didn't take long at all.
