Excellent service. Very helpful in the stages of figuring out what I needed, how it could be printed and then the final printing and delivery (not a single broken mug which is rare having done this for years with other suppliers). Great quality too.

I worked with UKPrinting to supply Lanyards for a conference. UKPrinting weren't the cheapest at the start, but listened to my request and actually turned out to be the most flexible and very competitive. UKPrinting handled everything from design through to delivery, and everything arrived on the day that they had committed to. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend ordering from the ukprinting. Communication and turn around time was exceptional, design instructions were clear with mockups provided same day.

Update - UK printing have been really helpful and have sent replacement mugs which look great. I think the courier must have dropped the original delivery which would account for so many being cracked. Very happy. Quite a few mugs were broken but were replaced. However after a few weeks cracks appeared and most off them have literally fallen apart. Some with hot tea in which wasn't great. So, printing looked nice but quality of mugs extremely poor.

I have never dealt with UK printing before now, but wow, what an experience.
I needed an order with a very tight deadline and Diane pulled out all the stops to get my order produced with time to spare.
I will certainly use this company going forward and can highly recommend them

I enquired about some pin badges in December unsure if a January turnaround would be possible. Vicki was super helpful and quick in providing me with a design and quote, and reassuring me that January would be just fine. So a great Christmas without the worry (of pin badges at least). I was also super impressed with the quality and so were our team on receiving their awards on presentation evening.
