Out of nowhere I got a phone call from someone trying to sell me a payment terminal. The conversation was difficult to follow, but she insisted the service came with no ongoing costs and later sent the information through WhatsApp. Curious, I checked the company myself and quickly realised there were subscription charges attached to different options. It’s frustrating how some salespeople leave out important details just to make something sound better than it really is.

Random phone call
Random phone call, a lady I could only just understand talking about some credit/debit card reader. Then WhatsApp me details having said there was zero monthly fee, however on doing my own research discovered there was a monthly fee varying on the package one took. Why do they lie about things? they were from UK Payments, Business Consultants.

We contacted Joe at uk payments as our fees with dojo were increasing year by year. Joe has saved us thousands of pounds per year in fees. He came out and trained our staff on how to use the features & has made follow up emails to check if everything is going ok. Unlike other companies we’ve dealt with in the past that take your money and not bother with you.
I would recommend uk payments LTD to any business.
