booked a visit but had to cancel as some of the lads dropped out, was told it was non refundable as it was within 7 days! not impressed and won't be booking again!

We’re sorry to hear that you felt we were worthy of a 1 star review.
Looking at the booking we received a request to cancel the booking this morning for the session tomorrow. Unfortunately, giving less than 24 hours notice to cancel the event does result in the booking being cancelled without refund. The venue will have already prepared for the group to arrive tomorrow.
Our cancellation policy does include a 7 day period before a game date where bookings are non-refundable. This can be viewed on our website, on the checkout page before completing a booking online, and on the booking email which is sent out once the booking is confirmed.
If the players who can still make tomorrow do wish to still attend, we do have other groups booked in, so we can get them involved in the games. Or if you have a new date in the future, please let us know and we will speak to the venue manager and see if we can get the booking moved over to the new date. Please just drop us an email at customerservice@ukpaintball.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Great Support with Booking Complications
I had such complications with this booking due to the Virgin Experience info I was using. However Andrew was patient and helpful and ultimately guided me to a solution. It should have been a simple booking, but in helping me resolve the issues he when above and beyond. This level of excellent customer service reassures me that our actual paintball experience will be amazing,
