The reviews are letting people make an informed choice , many people including myself have lost money, yes these guys do do a great job most of the time but it’s not because they care if their customers get a good nights sleep or not , they make an awful lot of money , all people who have grievances are asking is they be treated fairly when issues occur, orders should be honoured if people can provide proof of a bank transfer, it’s not our fault if the account gets blocked , they should implement a payment system that’s trustworthy then their wouldn’t be negative reviews .

I don't know why anyone is moanin. I've had been using these for over t years no issues except once they didn't get money because they bank got closed
But even they send wrong order straight away fixed it and send the right one out. Always got my meds for reasonable price better then exesive sleeping pills.
Only thing I can say negative few times ksasol alprozolam is fake but had same issue with sleeping pills so must not be their fault they probably just hard to get hold of now

Been using these for a good year or so with no issues and now problems this last few days
Money not been retured like it said it would be also.
Seems like it is a problem for everybody not just me.
Could anybody send me another uk based supplier please as i am seeing people ask on here and it seems there's other sites available

Been using them for 3 years and they have for the week nd time taken money but no order .STAY AWAY

3 years of buying from them monthly. Good range of products and good prices. Very few problems. Now no contact on whatsapp to pay them. been this way since the 4th nov. Can't fathom it. Fortunately I've found 2 other places with a similar range of products and prices. Both UK based. 1 order put in with one of the two I mentioned arrived today RM tracked 24, with the other, I missed the cut off time and they are sending out on Monday. Unless this is just a glitch, UKHEAL is on the way out of the market IMO.

I placed an order yesterday (Friday) 8th. And it just arrived this morning I know the reviews are bad at the moment and this week the company has had problems but I have to say I have been using them for years and I have never lost money and I always get my orders.

Hi to the last person that ordered with uk heal last night did you get your order?

I have lost money with uk heal they said I will get my money retuned but I won’t I’ve asked t to send out to those that have proof as it’s not right I found someone else

Placed an order last night, they finally got back to me after 9.30 this morning with bank details and I got payment in before 10am but order has stayed on hold on the website. I’m not getting any response from whoever’s now running WhatsApp so I am getting quite concerned now. Iv never had a problem like this before. Are they just not good at updating the order processing anymore or are they just not doing it? Why ask for my order number if they’re Not going to process it?
Update; they are now saying they can’t see my money in their account even tho I’ve sent them proof I transferred it before 10am and back to radio silence. This is so stressful.
Update; it’s now Monday, after much badgering to the WhatsApp they have finally updated my order to packed! I just have to see if it arrives and all is there now! I could really do without this stress at the moment.
Order has finally arrived, 4 days late even tho I paid for next day delivery no compensation has been offered. One of the items is a much less superior brand to what I paid for. This has been a very poor customer experience from a company I have been loyal too for 4 years.

Those that are saying the negative reviews are suspicious are deluding themselves, in fact I'd say any positive reviews are suspicious cos a lot of us on here have lost a lot of money, if your currently recieving orders then fine, but you have been warned

This review is based on my own experience, so personally I’ve never had any problems or issues with my ordering process and I have been using them for around 4/5 years. The ordering process has been pretty simple, add the items, send a message and receive the payment details and receive the items the following day.

This is getting ridiculous with bank accounts getting closed 😒 I'm not a happy bunny

Lost money again this has happened at least 5 times to me over a few years I’ve been with them . Then I have to repay for another order and I just simply can’t afford to do it. They still should sent meds out regardless but they don’t. Unless you pay again . Yes dolly please let me know of the other site your using

Have been purchasing from this place for many years with no issues.
They recently ran out of their usual 10mg Bensedin Diaz so I ordered the Accord brand.
I have been experiencing very bad side effects since switching brand (anxiety, tinnitus and nightmares).

According to Wedinos there are many current test results from March & April 2024 of the Accord brand circulating in the UK, testing as Metonitazene, Bromazolam and Ketamine.

I am not accusing this company of selling fake meds however I’d recommend getting them tested free by wedinos.org if you are ordering these before taking them.

I am wondering whether anyone else has had a similar experience with the 10mg Accord brand from ukheal?
