Amazing experience with UK Flooring Depot
UK Flooring Depot made the whole process so easy from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and gave great advice to help me choose the perfect herringbone flooring to match the light, airy feel I wanted in my home. The colour and style recommendations were spot-on, and the end result looks amazing. Highly recommend!

packs . E-mailed them the same day about 2weeks ago for a replacement pack or refund and I haven’t heard a thing back since . Rubbish customer service.

They are very helpful. The manager goes above and beyond to meet needs and delivery requests.
The products are an amazing price and great quality.

Fantastic quality
After a slight blip in finding some of the floor boards damaged, which was dealt with really quickly & replacements sent out. The quality of the flooring is outstanding & well worth the money. The click system was really easy to install. I’d advise anyone thinking of purchasing this floor to watch the installation video, it really helped us. My husband & I highly recommend this company for great quality products

Verbally Abused by Sales Manager Over the Phone – Shocking Experience
I placed an order for flooring and underlay with UK Flooring Depot on Wednesday, 28th May. By Monday, 2nd June, I noticed the order still hadn't been dispatched. I reached out via live chat and email but received no response. I tried again the next day, still nothing.
On Tuesday, 3rd June, I finally received a call from someone named Mohammed, who introduced himself as the Sales Manager. He informed me that my order was delayed due to a bank holiday, which, bizarrely, had occurred before my order was even placed. He couldn't confirm whether my order had even been dispatched.
I explained that I had flooring fitters scheduled for Friday, 6th June, and needed the materials delivered before then. I simply asked for clarity or confirmation on delivery. Instead, Mohammed told me I’d have to wait for a call back but couldn't give me a time or date. Given my tight timeline, this uncertainty was unacceptable.
What followed was completely unprofessional and, frankly, disturbing. Mohammed began raising his voice, repeatedly talking over me, and refusing to let me speak. When I tried to explain the urgency of the situation, he laughed, and when I told him it was inappropriate to laugh, he responded that he was laughing because I "didn't know how to listen to his points" The call ended with him telling me to “f off” and that he is going to cancel my order.
I was absolutely shocked and appalled by the verbal abuse and total lack of professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position. Being sworn at, mocked, and shouted over by a company representative is something I never imagined I’d experience.
To make matters worse, I’ve received no confirmation of cancellation, no email, nothing. I now have to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback.
I strongly urge others to avoid this company. This was beyond disgraceful, and no one should be subjected to such treatment.

We take accusations of verbal abuse extremely seriously, and we categorically deny that any such behavior occurred during your call with our Sales Manager. Our team is trained and expected to act professionally at all times, and we stand by our staff in this case.
You mentioned that you placed your order on Wednesday, 28th May, and had not received a dispatch update by Monday, 2nd June. We acknowledge that response times were slower than usual during this period, which followed a national bank holiday. This did impact both warehouse processing and customer service capacity. While this isn’t the experience we aim to provide, delays at such times are unfortunately not uncommon, and we are actively working to improve this.
When our Sales Manager, Mohammed, contacted you on Tuesday, 3rd June, he explained that the bank holiday created a backlog in our dispatch system — affecting not only orders placed before but also those placed immediately after. This was conveyed to you to clarify, not confuse. If it came across differently, we regret the misunderstanding.
We fully understand your concern regarding the tight timeline with your scheduled flooring fitters. Mohammed advised that a call-back would be necessary to confirm details from the dispatch team — a standard procedure when real-time updates aren’t immediately available. While we appreciate your urgency, it was not possible to provide a fixed time without confirmation from logistics.
However, we must strongly deny your claims about the conduct of the call. At no point did our Sales Manager raise his voice, talk over you disrespectfully, laugh at you, or use any inappropriate or abusive language — including swearing. The claim that he told you to “f off” is entirely false and damaging. We record our calls for quality assurance, and we have reviewed the call internally to ensure full accuracy and accountability.
If you requested a cancellation, this will be processed in line with our standard procedures, and confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you have not received it, please reach out with your order number so we can follow up and ensure it's resolved promptly.
While we welcome all honest feedback — positive or negative — we will always defend our team against serious and unfounded accusations. Our goal is to deliver a respectful, professional service to every customer, and we stand by that commitment.

I recently ordered flooring online and was pleased to receive my delivery in just 6 working days. While the item wasn’t an exact match to what I initially expected, I took the initiative to contact the manager for clarification. They kindly explained that the order was correct and that there might be slight variations in colour or pattern based on the images provided. They also suggested ordering free samples, which I found to be a valuable tip, good to know for next time ! I placed a second order and was extremely satisfied with my purchase! Overall, the service I received was very helpful and honest, and I appreciate their support throughout
