Great team of installers who knew what to do, and executed it in a rapid manner, no faults with their handwork it has made a significant difference to both the loft temperature and the rooms remain cooler

Quick, clean and friendly
Turned up on time, explained everything and just got on with the job. Cleaned up after, not that there was much mess.
It might help if they realised that in a bungalow the householder can hear everything you are saying to each other while in the roof space!

The installation was done with the…
The installation was done with the minimum of fuss all carpets and walkways were protected and the installers made sure all the packaging and old loft insulation was bagged up and taken away when the work was completed.
The installers worked cheerfully and efficiently keeping me informed of progress with photographic evidence at each key stage. It would be nice if these were shared by email after the work was completed.
Overall very happy with the new install 😊

The survey was more of a big sales…
The survey was more of a big sales drive disguised as absolutely working for you. No survey results came through email, just a piece of paper on the day.
Adding this after the response - Beware of the pressure you feel under to go ahead with their offer/salesperson phoning the office to get you a better deal/discount offered by office/offer to pay no VAT as it’s residential - they shouldn’t be charging VAT for residential anyway. I learnt that from the next company that quoted.

Total Solutions for Loft
I have never been such amazing experience with any UK service provider before. ESN assigned a professional surveyor directly to my house after appointment. Surveyor Ashley who explained very clear a 2-day loft improvement process of the installation and provided an accurate quote based on my requirement.
6-star (120%) should be rated to both installers LEE and CALUM instead of 5-star. In the 1st day, they came in time as schedule and explained step by step of 2-day process with a clear pre/ pro checklist to confirm with me. Smiling and polite for both seen all the time. They had removed 2-3 CBM of messy stock in my loft those keeping 10-20 years. In next, they removed all old insulation and boards efficiently with no damage to the wall. They kept smiling and checked my satisfactory all the time. In 2nd day, they arrived in time and explained the procedure of the installation of the materials. They also helped to check my loft condition whether any water leakage/ wet could be found. In the boarding process, I raised question in boarding and insulation materials. They replied me in a professional viewpoint and gave me great advice. They were honest, polite and hardworking in the whole process. It is amazing jobs done by LEE and CALUM.
I highly recommend ESN to those want to upgrade the loft, especially for LEE and CALUM. Thank you very much!

Loft insulation fitters: excellent.
Dennis and Cade arrived on schedule, cleared the loft space and hoovered throughout, removing all old insulation and boards efficiently and without damage to the surroundings. They then laid new insulation across the loft space, hoovered again on completion, removing all site debris, and they left mid-afternoon. Very efficient, tidy, friendly, professional and competent. No problems before, during or after their visit. Would strongly recommend them.
