UK Custom Covers Omdömen 

I ordered a VW T6 Windscreen Cover Waterproof & Frostproof Sun Shade which arrived in good time however upon unpacking I discovered it was in fact a Motorhome Roof Cover – Waterproof & UV-Proof Top Protector.
I've sent them three emails and one submission via their contact page explaining the error and requesting procedure for return and how they will rectify.
To date (4 weeks) I have had no response, very disappointing and unsatisfactory service !

Ordered seat covers in June was given delivery date as the 02/08/26 no update , it still has not arrived, tried to contact them by phone just rings out sent emails and still no response . What great customer service !!

Ive been told they would be with me on two seperate dates ,neither has happened,you cannot get hold of them on the phone its very difficult and when they did answer i was given a date of august 3rd its now the 5th and still no covers ,the website says dispatched in 24 hours .more than 2 months and no delivery

The screen cover is very well made and is a perfect fit not tried on site yet but it appears to be spot on.

Ordered covers that were advertised as in stock and quick UK delivery. After waiting I contract customer service only to be told they were on back order and given a 8 week wait. Requested a full refund but instead customer service sent me a set of covers with a design I did not want. Returned them and 3 weeks on still no refund and customer service not responding to email. Only give a 1 star review as unable to leave a 0 star

Terrible customer service. I made an error in ordering the wrong item. Contacted twice and no response. They say on their website that it’s easy returns but that’s not the case. You need to contact them before returning but they don’t answer emails. Really disappointing service. You have 28 days to return and now I’m worried I won’t get a refund as I am still awaiting a reply with return information.

Bought a Porsche 981 roof cover less than 5 years ago.. not used it a lot but it is now falling apart.. material faded from black to light grey and the material is splitting .. soon not be able to use it.. customer service say poor storage. Really ?? Not the case poor quality product .

I ordered these covers months ago and they never came, I'm pretty sure this is a scam

The topper cover was falling apart after one year .
Customer service appalling. Said what do I expect if I live near the sea!
I have now purchased a topper over made by topper fantastic quality!
I also have a video to demonstrate the poor quality.

Boat covers are rubbish. Bought one didn’t last a summer. In fairness they replaced it FOC. The second one was as bad . The product they are obviously importing aren’t UV resistant.
Don’t waste your money

Rubbish. The seat covers were delayed in getting to me by a week and they didn’t even fit my van anyway despite saying they would. Trying to get a refund now but it’s been weeks and al they do is ignore my emails despite the tracking information showing the received my return weeks ago. I just want my refund!!!! Wouldn’t use again.

Appalling company
Sent the wrong seat covers which I wanted to return and replace with the correct ones. Slow to respond so now want a full refund they have not bothered to respond. What a waste of £70. I worked hard to earn that £70 how dare you blatantly rip me off. No other option but to try and warn others to avoid companies like you.
You try and support British companies and this is the sad reality of their customer service
People wonder why everyone buys Chinese.
Before you respond to this, which I doubt you will going on my experience so far, you do not take customer service seriously

Terrible customer service. I ordered seat covers for my new transit custom e.
Covers unfortunately did not fit.
Initially spoke to customer service to arrange for collection, but have not been able to contact them since. This was nearly 2 weeks ago. Still do not know when they will be collected and refunded.

Very poor, unprofessional after sales customer service leeding to being cold shouldered. Received my personalised windscreen cover. Not what I agreed to & although Jade admitted there was a print error. I have been left without further support for replaxement product nor a full refund.

Over 6 weeks since I placed the order for van seat covers.
Finally I was informed that the package was about to be delivered, but no, just a letter to say they hope the covers will be dispatched in another 10-14 days.
EBay say they have been delivered !
I hope they are worth it, but looking at the reviews (which I should have done before ordering) I don’t expect too much.
I’m thinking of asking for a full refund before receiving them !

We bought the screen covers for our Ford Transit but they don’t fit properly. They don’t reach around the mirrors to tie and the magnet on the bottom of each end doesn’t hold the covers in place, so they flapped in the breeze. Customer services slow to respond at first

Ordered a boot cover for a Volvo XC60. Arrived with a manufacturing fault. Rung twice and had no return call to resolve issue. Luckily ordered through Amazon so easy return. My advice is don’t waste your time or money on a company who doesn’t care.
