⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service – UK Baby Centre I am very disappointed with my experience with UK Baby Centre. I purchased a double stroller, but unfortunately it arrived faulty. I immediately contacted the company and provided clear photographs and videos showing the fault. Initially, I was told that a replacement would be sent and that the faulty stroller would be collected at the same time. However, they later changed their position and informed me that they would first inspect the faulty stroller before deciding whether to send a replacement. I find this very frustrating, especially as I had already provided clear video and photographic evidence of the fault. The communication and handling of the issue have not been what I would expect from a company selling baby products. I expected better customer service and a much more straightforward resolution. At this stage, my experience has been very disappointing, and I would think carefully before purchasing from UK Baby Centre again.
