Battery takes 5 hours to charge, lucky if I get 45 minute cutting time.
Even when grass only 1 inch to 2 inches long have to start on 5 as keeps cutting out, then I go back and cut again on number 2 . Woefully no power worst electrical item I've ever bought.

Purchased Yard Force battery powered power washer and ran into a small issue on day 2 with the battery. This I believe was just a one off fault. Yard Force very kindly sent out a replacement battery which was delivered 3 days after. Excellent customer service throughout and the power wash is working amazingly. It really is the best portable power wash I have ever used in regards to power output and water per minute output. Some of the other power washers just don't cut the mustard. (I have used alot), for small drives, patios and cars etc etc. Main reason for my purchase was to water a newly laid garden lawn that did not have a hose pipe or tap. This has worked a treat at all given tasks. I have now used it for so much more.

Knowing that customer service is there when needed I feel very confident in using Yard Force products. I have just purchased the Lawnmower today and I have also purchased and used the pole hedge trimmer for over a week now with outstanding results. Very pleased and thought it was well deserved for me to take a little of my time (which is free) to leave a truthful review of my experiences. Thanks Yard Force..

Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber zu diesem Produkt muss ich einfach etwas schreiben. Leider muss man wohl einen Stern geben, normalerweise eine Null. Selten habe ich so ein schlechtes Produkt gekauft, eigentlich Elektroschrott aus China. Ich kann nur jeden abraten diesen Mäher zu kaufen, die Mängelliste ist sehr lang, deswegen werde ich nichts dazu schreiben, es würde den Rahmen sprengen. Zum Glück konnte ich ihn nach 3 Wochen testen noch zurück geben aufgrund der 90 tägigen Rücknahme von Aldi Online. Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung

Commande débité mais toujours pas reçu 5 jours.je contacte le service client sans réponse.. ça commence sérieusement à me faire douter de leur sérieux. Une chose est sûre je ne commanderai plus chez eux et je le déconseillerais fortement à tous

Yardforce lawnmower bought to replace my old mower which died due to age.
I like this mower as its much lighter and easier to manoeuvre and adjust cutting height even the wife can use it. Starts first time and has a good capacity grass box although you have to take the grass box off to see how full it is , could do with some sort of full indicator or a cut-away section underneath the flap on the mower itself. Apart from that, I like it and I would recommend it to anyone with a medium to large garden.

Katastrophaler Service, bzw. gar kein Service.

Sie erhalten heute unseren Mähroboter MB 400 zum 4. (vierten) Mal zurück, da er wieder ohne Funktion bei uns ankam. Diesmal lädt er wieder nicht. Sie hatten wieder geschrieben, dass Sie das Gerät überprüft und erfolgreich repariert haben! Wie bei den letzten Reparaturversuchen frage ich Sie, was Sie eigentlich repariert haben?
Ich vermute, dass bei Ihnen die Geräte gar nicht ausgepackt werden und Sie immer nur Ihren Standardtext beilegen und nach 4 Wochen Wartezeit den Mäher wieder versenden. Ich kann es mir nicht anders erklären! Ich hatte Sie ausdrücklich gebeten, der Mäher vor Versandt auf Funktion zu überprüfen … (siehe Schreiben von dem letzten Versuch)
Sie und Ihre Firma sind wirklich ein Leuchtturm, was das Thema Kundenorientierung angeht! 😊

Okay, kauf einen groessere.
Das 1 Jahr einigermaßen gemacht, mit einigen Programm Aussetzer. Das 2 Jahr komplett Programmaussetzer d,h. Er maeht 5 m, bleibt stehen,piept,Maehwerk Schaltet ab, läuft ein paar Meter. Richtiger China Muell.

Bought the cordless pressure washer for watering plants at top of our garden which is 60yards from electric supply. Can now water from buckets. Also ideal for washing cars. We have a courtyard with flagstones that get heavily marked in winter so this pressure washer is a great aid in cleaning them

I’m being generous with the 1 star. I have a battery powered Yardforce mower and strimmer. Not very old and the battery charger has failed. Yardforce are not interested at all with after sales service and they completely ignore my emails. This is not the way forward if they want to get a decent review. The battery chargers seem to be at fault very often. As it’s a common fault the charger cannot be “suitable for purpose” and therefore Yardforce should sort the fault and compensate all customers. Definitely do not buy Yardforce.

Had a problem with the item purchased and contacted yardforce by email. They replied the same day and over the next couple of days it was sorted out. They are replacing the faulty item . Service by Hollie was excellent. Would recommend highly.

Der Mäher fährt, mäht aber nicht. Und über Service-Hotline nichts erreichbar.
Der Mäher hätte noch Garantie aber wahrscheinlich ist die abgelaufen ehe sich mal jemand bequemt, ans Telefon zu gehen.
Holt euch lieber einen richtigen Mäher, es hat sich mal wieder gezeigt, wer billig kauft kauft 2x und dann hab ich lieber den Service vor Ort im Ort

Bought in September last year
My battery wont last more than 5 minutes, emailed them a month and a half ago (still in warranty) and still trying to get a new battery from them.
All the customer service say is that they have not received a shipment, yet their Amazon store has them in stock for next day delivery.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Two problems with the new mower 1st. to get to the spark plug for cleaning next year, which i always done yearly on my old mower you have to take the top cover off, 2nd even on the lowest cut, the grass is still too long a bit lower would have better. plus the instruction manual is very very basic.

BATTRIES DONT WORK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL TO SAY THE LEAST.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I BOUGHT THE GR RANGE LAWN MOWER IN 2022, THE BATTERY SEEMED TO WORK FINE THEN BUT IN 2023 THE BATTERY WOULD NOT CHARGE AND DIE WITHIN 10 MINUTES. THE COMPANY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH BATTERY AND OFFERED ME A FREE OF CHARGE REPLACEMENT AND PROVIDED ASSURANCE. LIKE AN IDOT I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT THE HEDGE TRIMMER AND GRASS TRIMMER AS WELL. UNFORTUNATELY THE THREE BATTRIES DO NOT WORK AT ALL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRESPONSIVE AND RUDE. I HAVE BURNT MY FINGURES AND WOULD SUGGEST YOU DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FOR THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE COME ACCROSS. IT IS BEYOND ME HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS. I AM NO THINKING OF LODGING A CASE AGAINST THEM IN SMALL CONSUMERS COURT.

Sie verkaufen ihre Sachen mehr aber auch nicht Ersatzteile bekommt man nicht zu kaufen im Handel wenn man sie anschreibt kommt keine Antwort wenn man anruft unfreundlich am Telefon wenn Mann ein O Ring also Dichtung bestellen will die 0,89 Cent kostet soll man unverschämte 4,10 € Versand bezahlen obwohl Gerät erst 2 Monate alt ist und ja noch Garantie drauf ist also nicht zu empfehlen Produkte von ihnen zu kaufen

Kleinste Unebenheiten bleibt er stehen und machten den Boden kaputt in dem er sich fest fährt und Löcher macht.Kundendienst gleich null.....keiner meldet sich .
Bloß nicht kaufen.

I have had a Yardforce LMG46E for about 17 months now. Cutting coverage stated and shown on the box is 750sqm when it real life it is about 100sqm. The machine went back to Yardforce about 3 times, last time it went back was because the powered wheels kept locking up so difficult to turn, they said gearbox was faulty they then returned it but sent it to previous address and then it went missing so they had to send me a new one. The new one still only cuts 100sqm but that has also developed the same fault as the first ie powered wheels locking up when trying to turn the mower round - so possibly gearbox faulty again.

I have 4 yardforce compact 250R lawnmowers, great when they are working and in the 2 year warranty but once you ask for assistance outside of the warranty period there's nothing, literally nothing... Can't even be bothered to reply to email requests for assistance. I been forced into swapping parts around my existing machines to try and get a couple working. There's no aftermarket backup, spares etc. available... Shoddy service IMHO. If you're happy to just buy New machines every 24 months then fine
