Bought a Yard Force high pressure washer, Via Amazon, in March 2023. Does a really good job - exactly as it says on the tin.
February 2025 and the pressure hose blew. Looked for a spare replacement and turns out they refer you to a 3rd party, but that is drop down menus which don't include my model of washer.
Emailed Yard Force direct. By the end of the same day had exchanged photos, address details and replacement hose was confirmed as posted (from the 3rd party), free of charge, by the end of that day.

My Cordless leaf Blower stopped working and after contacting Yardforce customer services (Nicky), collection was arranged for the following day. A couple of days later I was informed that they had identified the defective PCB and they were going to send a brand new replacement. The new Blower arrived just two days later. Absolutely amazing customer service. Not only did Nicky keep me fully informed throughout the process but the whole thing happened so quickly. Couldn't recommend Yardforce highly enough.

Purchased a yardforce leaf blower vacuum 4.11.24.Faulty. I returned this and I have never encountered a worse case of Customer Service. They pass you on to coreservice and they ask repeatedly for the model number etc. They have all the documentation, and photographs, letters, and proof. No one to one telephone human conversation, all done through a disgraceful, email or if you're lucky a text message. 3 weeks of 10 plus phone calls, 12 emails, repeat, repeat repeat, phone, phone, phone. Useless. They owe me £19 for post and packaging, still waiting. I think an email to David Dominey, Martin Lewis, and all is next. Just ridiculous, communication.

Not even worth 1 star, I would highly recommend that you do not purchase from Yardforce…. Notified them on numerous occasions in fact since October regarding a faulty battery on my mower which we purchased April 24. After speaking to them by phone we were promised a new battery…. Nothing arrived, they also ignore all emails.
We have been in contact with the original supplier who have promised a full refund on return to there store, which we are forever grateful for.
On a final telephone call to Yardforce today nothing but unhelpfulness and they seemed unconcerned at been given a bad review

I had a problem with the hose on my Jet Washer, I contacted customer services who couldn't be more helpful, they shipped out a new part that week.

My first Yard Force mower batter died after 2 months of use - probably 8 uses. I brought a replacement becasue I thought I have over charged the battery or damaged it in some way. The replacement battery lasted just 1 week!!!
I would not recommend this item and have told my friends and family to avoid at all costs. Complete waste of money.

I experienced a problem with failing batteries on my Vac/Blower. I contacted Customer Service, the problem was rapidly resolved and two new batteries were sent by return of post. All is well..so far! Well done Customer Service

I purchased a Yardforce 40v battery operated mower 18 months ago for £175. As with numerous other customers the battery failed to charge. The response from Yardforce Customer Services Technical Department was that I would need to replace the charger and battery, as these were only guaranteed for 12 months ( as opposed to the now useless mower which has a 2 year guarantee).The cost would total approximately £130. The product should be avoided.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, good website for recording problems and an extremely prompt reply to my query. I had a battery problem as the battery would not fully charge, after completing the relevant details on the website I received a replacement battery within 48 hours. 5 stars for the customer service team.

Der Yard Force Mähroboter hinterlässt einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Er bleibt häufig stecken und gräbt sich in den Boden, was den Mähvorgang stört und oft unterbricht. Zudem ist die Bedienung über die App nahezu unbrauchbar. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass der Mähroboter nicht eigenständig zur Ladestation zurückkehrt, sondern einfach stehen bleibt.
Nach gerade einmal zwei Jahren versagt der Akku, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, diesen unkompliziert auszutauschen. Stattdessen müsste das gesamte Gerät auseinander genommen werden, was für die meisten Nutzer kaum machbar ist. Der Kundenservice von Yard Force ist ebenfalls nicht überzeugend – es werden zwar Tickets erstellt, doch auf Rückmeldungen wartet man vergeblich.
Auch wenn der Mähroboter preislich attraktiv scheint, ist er für eine Lebensdauer von nur zwei Jahren schlicht zu teuer. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung kann hier nicht gegeben werden. Lieber die Finger davon lassen.

Een jaar geleden een accumaaier gekocht. Na een jaar - binnen garantietermijn - deed de maaier het niet meer. Na contact met de “service”desk is de maaier opgehaald ter reparatie/vervanging. Dat was ruim twee maanden geleden. Daarna niks meer gehoord, ondanks navraag bij “service”desk. Niet goed: blijkbaar slecht product en geen service cq nakoming garantie-afspraken!

Yard Force MB 800 gekauft und 4Wochen genutzt. Wurde deutlich lauter und stoppte immer wieder zufällig die Messer.
Ein Service, eine Reparatur dauert nach Einsendung, ca. 4 - 6 Wochen.
Gekauft, Fehler, nicht zu gebrauchen und Service 6 Wochen.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

I bought a Yardforce mower 2 years ago and it has been the worst piece of equipment of any type I have ever bought. I am 62,years old.
Initially the battery was fine and lasted the 30 minutes it took to cut my lawn but within a few weeks it was only lasting 20. Its lifespan rapidly deteriorated and I attempted to complain. Trying to get through by phone proved impossible but I managed to register a complaint online that received attention and they sent me a new battery. The same thing happened. They then sent me a new charger and a third battery which lasted a year but is now rapidly deteriorating and only lasted 10 minutes today. I have given up on it and will get great pleasure in taking it to the recycling centre and throwing it in the skip. I don’t believe this company should be allowed to trade, it is simply selling ‘not fit for purpose goods’.

I bought a Yard Force LM G37A Cordless Mower from Amazon in May 2023. Great product but it has one major failing in the GR40V battery. Last summer 2023 the battery would last around 15 mins after a full charge which was OK for me to easily cut my front lawn but this summer the battery has been lasting only around 5 mins and has now deteriorated to only last 1 or 2 minutes at very best. When the battery is now put on charge, it shows a fully charge green light within one minute. It is a great mower but is badly let down by a shockingly poor battery performance. Hence the reason for 1 star.
Update on 03/10/24 - Since my initial review above, the Yard Force service team have since contacted me and sent me a replacement battery so many thanks to them for that kind gesture. I now have a fully working cordless mower.

Zum Glück war der EasyMow 260 B nur ein Geschenk zur Hochzeit! Nach der ersten Saison geht alles in den Müll! Ich kann dieses Objekt nicht ohne große Bauchschmerzen weitergeben.
1.(W): Hindernisse erkennen? Null! Macht alles platt, was nicht eingegrenzt ist!
2.(T): Ladezeiten sind sehr lang. Manche Stellen mäht er ständig, andere eher selten. Dadurch muss er öfter gestartet werden.
3.(F): Die Krönung ist die CloudHawk App-Steuerung. Ich habe nie Updates bekommen - trotz Suche. Seit heute funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr. Das heißt, jegliche Daten (Akkustand, Arbeitsfortschritt, Zeitplan, etc.) sind nicht mehr einseh- oder programmierbar. Ich schalte lieber auf Handsteuerung um, als die App wieder neu zu installieren für den Rest des Jahres.
Kurz um: Das Ding fliegt raus. Sehr schade!
