Avoid this company. They shipped the wrong print and didn’t send out the right one. I tried to organise returning the photo but they didn’t reply to emails - had to escalate with my bank.

Was initially concerned as email communication was poor (no predicted delivery date) and mock-up was really out of focus. Ultimately delivered a good product exactly to spec for a good price. Online chat was very useful in providing updates

AVOID! might be a scam company, nearly 4 weeks have gone and still not received anything, have tried to contact them but get no reply. Will have to contact my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM

I have just had a great experience with the company. I ordered 3 captioned photo frames and Tom the guy on the chat room was very quick to respond with how I could increase the caption font size and was super helpful. This was the only company I could find where I could caption a photo underneath and get it framed at a reasonable price and I was super impressed. The frame is really good quality and I will definitely use again. I ordered on the Monday and it arrived 2 days later! Thank you!

My purchase was the print; the frame was secondary! The print was of the night sky at the time/place of my grandchild's birth. I had bought a similar framed print some years ago for another grandschild and was delighted with it. The reviews in 2025 were variable and I was not even sure that the company was still in business. It is and "Tom" was very helpful in the chat when I contacted the co. I am very pleased with this print and the frame which were delivered by the date I needed it.
When I attempted to submit this review in response to an email request for a review from the company it was not sent and my browser queried whether the email request was scam.

AVOID! may as well be a scam company selling terrible quality prints, my printer would have done a better job! 2 weeks to dispatch, had to chase it, no response to any communication or complaints, personalisation was wrong, DO NOT USE THEM

I haven't yet received my print and frame but I've never had such a fantastic experience via their online chat. For one thing, it was a real person (!) and Tom went out of his way to help. Offering his advice, speaking with their designer to confirm my image was clear enough and he sent me a custom link for the perfect frame and print size. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had with an online chat.
Crossing my fingers for smooth delivery and good quality image and frame - but regardless, I'll be recommending Print Frame Co.

Star Map Personalised Print - I was hoping for more detail on the print as shown on one of their images. No planets shown or named, I presume the Sun is top right but hardly noticeable. With birth date & time provided I hoped at least the sun if no other planets be visible as it would have been for the details provided.

AVOID. A month has gone and still nothing. No longer responding. Trying to now get a refund from card issuer

Didn't get my order. They won't respond to me.

Got my order wrong, did not send me a replacement even though they said they would, still haven’t confirmed a replacement. They are poor at responding also. They also said they would refund me my delivery, still waiting for confirmation on that too. Cheap company with no care for customers or the quality of the product or service. Stay Away!

I never write reviews but my experience with this company was so awful that I feel the need to let others know they need to avoid them.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a framed print for my dad’s birthday, not only did it arrive very late but they also sent the wrong size (I ordered a 16 inch and received a 20 inch - I specifically needed the smaller one as my dad’s house is quite small and and anything larger than what I ordered would have been too big.

I placed the order in October 2023 and I’m still waiting to hear back from their customer service in January 2024 despite multiple emails and online requests! Their phone number just rings out and then cuts off. Absolutely rubbish company and the print was very blurry too. Scam artists!

Showed up 2 and a half months after order when it was advertised as two week delivery. Completely missed the occasion it was for and it was awful! Called and messaged, the number was automated and no messages were responded to. AWFUL costumer service and FALSE ADVERTISING! Also poor quality. And to top it off, company doesn’t even care about its costumers! Don’t buy from them, hopefully they will go out of business as they should. UK Print Frame Co, you suck!

Want to give the 0, As I have now seen for myself do not use this company.
Taken 3months to have product I ordered personalised for an anniversary back in September..
Sent loads of emails, messaged customer service no response.
Finally had it delivered today but totally wrong, I don't even know the song on the record, no words I asked personalised with..
Shocking, please report company, trading standards need to be informed..

Absolutely shocking service from this company. I ordered a print which has not arrived and I have sent several emails, Facebook and Instagram messages and received no reply. The phone number provided in the website does not exist. Do not use this company.

Don't use this company for anything.
I ordered 2 framed pictures and it took approximately 4 weeks to get sent.
When they arrived the order was incorrect.
I have contacted their customer services and they either don't respond or it takes weeks before they do.
There are far better companies offering far better services.

Ordered a framed print about 4 weeks ago, no reply to multiple emails i've sent.
Pretty sure this is just a scam website.
Currently doing a charge back through my bank to retrieve the money they have stolen.

Awful. Avoid this company. I ordered a framed photo as a gift. I attached a good quality photo and yet the framed photo received was awful, out of focus and washed out colours. I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift.

I have contacted them twice and had no response. I am now trying to get a refund through PayPal.

Total waste of money and absolutely no care for their customers.

I ordered a photo collage for my daughters 18th and I adjusted some of the photos to fit the frame correctly. The collage arrived and the photos I’d adjusted hadn’t been altered and the result meant the tops of heads were missing from some of the photos. Looks ridiculous now. I Emailed on approx. 4 occasions to try and sort it but despite them telling me they would correct it, they didn’t. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money like I did.
