I had Open Infra fibre installed a few months ago but unfortunately did not get off to a good start with the router provided and other issues, however technician Zak has gone above and beyond to help get things sorted. If you have any issues I would most definitely recommend you ask to see Zak as he has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Jacob convinced me to give OpenInfra a try. He answered all my questions and was polit, unpressured and courteous. I trust the Scandanavians...they gave us Abba, Volvo and IKEA so I am taking a leap of faith that this will be at least nearly as good as Dancing Queen!

I am in London NW7 and have been connected since February 2023. Excellent service, especially from Zak and colleagues who have helped me and all my neighbours enormously. Very high speed, very good value for money. No complaints at all.

Linus explained what Open Infra are doing in Colchester - finally a company is making the effort to bring full fibre to our area. Linus was very polite and courteous and explained exactly how this all works. Yes it's a 36 month contract but a) it doesn't start until my minimum term with Virgin ends and b) it's a lot cheaper than what I'm paying currently and c) much faster. Furthermore, if I move home during the initial 36 month contract, I am not bound to keep paying for it if the new home owners choose a different network. Sounds very positive.

Over aggressive salesman - lied and stated that we are being requested to sign up to register interest - reality is you’re being asked to sign up for a 36 month contract! Scam!

I switched to Open Infra as no other ISP could give faster fibre speeds, I was literally amazed at the speed I was up and running. As an online gamer I did have a few issues playing online with my ps5 and strict NAT, but Markus from customer services helped me with this issue, they managed to assign me a public IP which changed my NAT type and I was up and running again, he guided me through a step by step process and we trouble shooted the issues till it was resolved. He is a real asset to the team, thank you Markus.

My neighbours and I have been bombarded with salesmen knocking on the door at all hours day and night, saying they they are following up from the numerous letters that we should have received but haven’t, this feels like a scam and I don't appreciate the very aggressive sales approach, they say your the only person in the street who hasn’t signed up and you don’t want to miss out, yet none of my neighbours have signed up and have told me that they have been concerned. By the aggressive approach. It feels like a big scam to me. Really not impressed.

He made the effort to come back a few days later as I had to discuss the service with other members of the household. I was very happy with his approach and he was a pleasure to talk to.

Our whole experience with this company has been fantastic. The final switch on today was handled by Zak, who was courteous, professional and took the time to make sure we understood everything. He gave us his number and urged us (or any of our neighbours) to contact him should we have any issues.

I met Jacob today following 2 previous attempts to speak with me.
I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and persona. I am not usually keen on door sales but within minutes Jacob had me converted. Open infra offer something new, amazing internet speed and very competitive prices. Jacob went through everything and answered all of my questions. I do not think I could find anything better elsewhere, so needless to say, I signed up. Jacob is an excellent representative for Open Infra and I look forward to a reliable, competitive, customer based service in the near future.

Contacted sales rep twice via email and he took several days to respond. The 2nd response became an "installation date". Received a confirmation of this, waited in all day AND NOBODY SHOWED UP!!

That's not true. I received an email at 2.00pm, one hour before scheduled installtion advising what installer would be doing. So no other "email"you stated was received. I'm more than happy to send the evidence....

A man called Eni came and lied and lied about delivery time claim that current infrastructure will be removed whilst all a lie bt is upgrading community fibre lit fibre, unrealistic times door to door sales. by the time installation happens will be a year or two, very pushy sales claiming only email and phone number when really its a 36 month contract neighbours are having issues due to slap dash approach

Zak arrived at my address to figure out why my Netgear Nighthawk gave me such bad wireless speed.
He re-configured my router and now I have amazing high spped wifi.
I greatly appreciate Zak's expertise and kind personality.

Fantastic service from Zak!!! I received ridiculous quotes to improve my WiFi but Zak did a better job than anyone else and without charging for his time. I can’t recommend him enough. Open Infra UK customer service is refreshing in this age of endless call centres and disappointing customer support. They actually get the job done, on time and without any fees.

Had Linus Genter came over to my address and gave in-depth information about full fibre for the house. I’m happy with his presentation and delivery. He’s working in the rain and very cheerful. Good communication skills and good product knowledge. I will subscribe to the service when it goes live. I give 10/10 stars.

I couldn’t have wished for a smoother experience. My internet access has been completely transformed… I had evidently been slumming it for years! Zac was fantastic too. He explained the whole set up for me in a manner that was easy (for a non-techie like me) to understand, put everything in place and delivered outstanding customer service. He deserves a drink!
