The quality is top of the line, with radius chamfers all around and measured their values to be 7,995mm and 5,995mm respectively. I bought two Nylonrope spring balancers and after receiving the goods I realized that it has no use for my application because it lacks the brake function. After contacting MiSUMi their representative kindly offered refund. Also, they will help me to find a spring balancer with suitable properties.

The delivery of the goods went according to plan.
The bearing housings that I purchased from you were installed on four devices. The installation went without any problems. One device is already in service operation, the other three will be delivered to the customer on May 21. At the moment we have no information that there are any problems with the purchased components.

Excellent for customisable parts
We have been using Misumi for quite a few years now and would not hesitate to recommend them. There is an extensive selection of standard products, and many of these can be customised.
It is not always the cheapest solution, but delivery time on their customisable parts is often the quickest. The quality is consistently good.
