I received a quick (less than 24 hours) and accurate response to a question posed in the Public Questions, by a human, which is rare in today's outsourced customer service and AI technical support dominated market. And not only was the response from a human, he actually works at the company. Anyone who'd bought something, then needed help in the last 2-3 years will appreciate how intentional and involved the principles in the company are.

Very bad experience.

Bugs with WooCommerce and the AJAX cart.

I deactivated/reactivated the theme. Now I have two "Add to Cart" buttons: the WooCommerce button and the UICore button. Toggling the AJAX cart on and off no longer activates the AJAX functionality.

I have to switch to UICore Debug mode to save changes to my page content. Otherwise, I get custom style saving errors that prevent any saving. I don't have any caching plugins installed.

It's completely unusable for me.

I purchased a website theme on Themeforest from UiCore and it has been great. There was a recent update that I had to roll back because it broke my website (although this was on me because I hadn't been keeping up with the previous updates). When I contacted their support, they were very attentive and provided fast responses to my queries. Not only that, one of their team members actually did the update for me and made sure it didn't break my site, no questions asked! I couldn't believe it. Most companies would try to upsell you more expensive services for this. I can't say how much I appreciate them doing that for me because I would have had to hire a developer and go through that whole tedious process. Thank you so much guys for your help with my website and creating such a beautiful theme that I am still using with love!

Really quick feedback which solved my problem immediately
