I've used a couple other hosts, and things were ok until they weren't. UHostPro is amazing. They are willing to work with you to combine servers into a bundle so you don't have to do it all yourself, something other hosts don't. They respond to help requests within minutes instead of days, and their prices are comparable, but service well above par for the industry!

I have had a few small issues where I needed help and they were very quick to reply and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Setup within minutes of ordering! Both TS servers and game servers VERY reliable! OUTSTANDING customer service! uHostPro has the quickest replies I've ever gotten from any other company, both tickets and tweets get replied to sometimes within minutes no matter the time of day! Tickets aren't only replied to quickly but also resolved quickly! Finally found a company that cares about their product and wants it to be the best! I for one will never look elsewhere again if uHostPro has the service available.

Update:
After using uHostPro for a few months now they still have never let me down! One of their admins took the time to upload the updated files for a mod to my server on a day my internet was having issues, what other company does that?! If you are looking to rent a gaming or teamspeak server you can't go wrong with these guys!

This was my first renting a server for a game and second time renting a TeamSpeak server and this has been the best experience yet for me. Very helpful and very quick on resolving any issues that may come about. Definitely will refer to others and until otherwise keeping in my bookmarks :D.

My first server with uHostPro was a 30 slot Ark server. First impressions of the website were good. I had some questions before making my purchase so I contacted the customer support, which responded almost instantly and were very helpful. Purchasing a server was easy and quick. Within an hour it was up and running and joinable. Excellent control panel for managing your server which is easy to use without prior experience in server management. I highly recommend this provider to anyone looking to set up a server for their community or friends.

I've had the opportunity to use uHostPro for both a Terraria server and an ARK: Survival Evolved server for several months now. While there have been occasional issues with initial server setup (incorrect location for save files, or not initially having access to important folders for example), uHostPro is always quick to respond to support tickets.

It's because of their friendly attitude, quick response times, and overall desire to help their customers that I will continue to be a customer of theirs for a long time. I've never had a hosting provider respond to AND fix the issues I'm having in such a short amount of time.

To start I want to say thank you. My time with uhostpro has been stellar. I've had no problems with my server, it was set up in no time at all, and it's very affordable. I had a problem once where they charged my card twice for the same month, and before I could put in a ticket a credit was put on my account. I never got a chance to do anything because it was already done, and took the headache out of it for me. I can't ask for much more in a server provider. Keep up the good work boys, I'll be here for awhile.

Then your at the right place... UhostPro Are Awsome.. Was SO easy to setup my ARk server. Like anyone can do it.. its that easy. And the customer service was allways very nice and VERY fast at any time of the day night etc.

So I have been with a few companies in the past for my games servers and they were good but these guys surpassed all my expectations, any issue I came across was handled extremely quick and was always polite and happy to help.

I will give you an example of an issue I had, When i got a rust server i had a few issues that were game related (Nothing to do with uHostPro) I needed to get some sort of admin control on the server but no matter how hard i tried the game would not let me do anything this was probably to do with the game being so early in alpha, so I opened a ticket to the customer support team and within 15 minutes i had a reply followed up by a solution! These guys had gone out of out of their way to get this all sorted, they provided me with links to some software that i had no idea about that helped control the server as admin and even provided me with a step by step guide on setting it up.

If you want a reliable server with one of the best customer service teams i have ever encountered since i started gaming 20yrs ago then go with these guys!

Know why? Because they actually talk to you. They actually sound like a human and not some computer or copy/paste thing. ALSO they reply within a FEW MINUTES when sending a ticket. That's AMAZING. Very fast, and very professional and excellent responses. 5/5 FOR SURE. They've helped me solve an issue with my server within minutes!

UhostPro has a very awesome team of people replying to any ticket in less then 30 min or almost immediatly. They have a massive lot of game servers that you can get for lower or lowest prices. There servers can have up to 100 people and your able to choose whether or not you want to play yearly monthly of weekly. And finally the servers are able to be modded, saved and used later on singleplayer or after your server runs out and you cancel and they are quite easy to connect to.

I would like to say after having been with uHostPro for few months. there no really major problems. any technical problems i had were question on making my server better. All tickets were answered pretty fast even if i put them on low threat.
I have Ark server with them 30 people. server has no lag. beside client side loading. edit server setting can be little confusing, since its not like edit file but more of hud but still works fine.
so far i had no major issue with uHostPro other then paypal did double charge me on payment but all that means now i have some credit for next bill and it was paypal fault not uHostpro.
so this is why i gave 5 star. no rease to give lower rank.

When I initially signed up there was an issue with setting up the server. As recommended on their page, I left a support ticket to have them investigate the issue.

Given that it was at an ungodly hour of the day, I didn't expect to get a response until next-day. Surprisingly, the ticket was addressed and solved in no time, the server was set up and everything went according to plan in record time.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and transparent.

Fantastic hosting choice, zero regrets and would happily recommend their services :)

For only a couple bucks a month i can have a reliable and easy way to talk to my friends while i game. I have never had any trouble using my server and managing it is a breeze. I use my server daily and am considering expanding to allow for larger party's.

This company was by far the best one i have worked with in a while. The tech support was always very helpful and got to source of my problem was able to fix it with ease. The servers i used (Teamspeak) was very reliable and cause little to no problems. I wouldnt change anything about my experience with uHostPro. I will be recommending this company to my friend in the very near future!

I have been renting Game Servers for about nine years now ( about 2 months with uHostPro now )

I have rented from many hosts on the market. Many are good, but uHostPro has provided the best product and service yet.

I run my own dedicated server, with Linux, and certain game servers can just be a pain to get to work on that system, which is why I rent some server. When I saw uHostPro's bundles, it was a great solution. I looked at the list of games you could setup and every game I either won't bother setting up or can't set up due to developers not providing Linux support.

After ordering a 32-slot bundle, it was up within seconds, and I went to install a modded ArmA 3 server for me and my friends. First there we had some problems, since I just downloaded all my settings from Linux and uploaded them to uHostPro's server, after spending a little time fixing the errors I knew about. I asked support if they could tell me what errors I was getting, and so they provided me with the defined errors. I could not get it to work, so I put the server on hold, until one of my friends would come online again, but without me even inquiring, I received an e-mail regarding my old ticket, which had been updated again, that he located found the problem and that the server is now running.

In my nine years I have never had a support team to do that, and even though they don't offer support for modded servers, they still looked into the problem to try and fixed it. That's good support - it was not the biggest error, but that support service, I must say is the best support I have yet to experience.

UHostPro have been more than helpful in any situation i've had. Their twitter support is second to none and their service is quick. Haven't had ANY problems with the Terraria server that I have and would reccomend them in a heartbeat

Everything was as I expected to be. Quick and great customer service.

When I first purchased my server I wasn't able to add any .dll files, so I posted a support ticket and one of the staff gave me permissions to add those files, not to mention how quick it was for them to reply! None of this wait 4 days for a simple answer stuff.
