Been on this product since May, with vast improvement to my ibs, on just having my diabetes tell check my blood numbers have gone from 53 to 51 .. and I’ve lost nearly a stone.. so win win .. the price is not cheap but you can’t put a price on my health.. overall I’m very impressed…

I have been trying to diet for so many years and then I got told about this product by a friend I have seen the tictok lives and thought I would give it a go and believe me it works
I have sciatica and angina so couldn't walk very far and had no energy to do anything but since I started Unicity it has all changed I feel so much healthier I walk my dog for hours and want to do stuff now with out the aches and pains in my legs I'm half a stone down and lost inches of my hips and waist but the most important thing is Im more healthier than I have been for years so thank you James for getting me on the system and being there every minute of the day with answers to any questions I have and the lovely recipes if your stuck on something nice to cook have gave me a new life which will help my old age lol

At first I was quite reserved with this product and how much it cost but after being on it for a few months I can honestly say it just simply works.

Yes on the offset it can seem expensive but when you break it down it's not too bad at all, and especially with the health benefits gained from it and the weight you can lose.

I'm 2 months in and 8kg down already, don't watch what I eat don't count calories nothing.

I am very pleased with it and will continue to use this product going forward 😀

I watched the videos for such a longtime and finally took the leap as I was not too sure about things , especially today when scams are everywhere .. Just wish I had done it sooner as the difference I have experienced is unbelievable and finally off all my medication which is great as they were not making me feel good after having them for six years.. After 30 years of yo-yo diets. I saw someone talk about Unicity on insta and I thought “here we go again”. At the end of my tether having just about given up. I thought ok one last try. So the will power was there. first week was difficult for me as I was use to breakfast. But in for a penny in for a pound I followed the instructions. I was suppose to get support from the person who had been talking about it but he was all about show boating. So I joined another group. So maybe It didn't have to be difficult had I been with ‘happy body club’ the box of product lasts 1 month. Starting I was 13s10 after 13s1. (You can convert it) flabbergasted I was! And no I didn’t join a gym or walk 10k steps I did 5-6k steps a day.2 months later I am still on unicity and loosing slowly. You have to give it 3 months. You should join a group for support. You must be determined. And no there’s no measuring of foods. You still eat carbs protein fruits n veg but the drink you take before eating made me full so I couldn’t finish my plate of food. Big tip! Don't snack in between.or eat after 8pm. Don’t say ‘ohh no’ just try! Lastly my personal experience there’s no magic wand but Unicity system WORKS! but you need to want to help yourself and commit for 3 months. After the first month you will see results! No BS! I have missed information and other instructions but if your really interested and want to try you’ll do your research. And I did talk to my gp as I was suffering from diabetes, gout, HBP and Cronic fatigue low VitD. It’s all calming down. See you on the other side!

Wow!! I have lost 3 stone in weight, feel amazing and no longer have IBS or poor gut health issues! I am also more energetic and sleep better because I’m not up all night going to the toilet and not suffering from sleep apnea!! Been amazing for me 👍👍
