Newbie review
I am new to the world of internet marketing and solo ads, and Udimi has been great to work with. I have been buying several small orders to warm up my list and to test results from multiple suppliers. All of the Udimi list providers I have worked with have been great and easy to work with. I had one provider turn down my order because he didn't feel like it matched his list, which I take as a good thing. I have averaged well over a 25% opt-in rate, so I am very happy with the results I've had.

Udimi Is Really SCUM
Udimi is really scum from my point of view. Not only did they refuse to refund me because a seller gave me contacts that were not responsive at all. I had 51 contacts from a run of 100 clicks and after following up only 3 opened 3 different emails I sent. After contacting the support team they agreed with the seller without deeply investigating all the clear evidence I had demonstrated of what I was saying in the seller's chat, and in the end they didn't even reply to me anymore. As if that wasn't enough, not being protected by the Udimi team, I proceeded with the refund via Paypal. After opening the procedure, I go back to the Udimi website and see that they have kept the $5 balance that I had left on my account by deducting the $49 that I had spent for the 100 clicks.
Really disgusting and for me they are scammers

Udimi always stands for our buyers, but sometimes we have to protect our sellers too. At times, dirty people are trying to defraud honestly working sellers on our platform by demanding refunds and threatening them for no reason.
Your F words against the seller and then against our support people made the picture about you completely clear for us.
This is why we have refunded all your money and let you go.
Farewell, hopefully we will be able to block your future attempts to get inside our community of successful buyers and honest sellers.
