Do NOT recommend,Pressure sales poor customer service
After recently using this company in Willenhall, I would advise to stay clear and find another car dealer. The sales people pressure you into taking the car the same day and you are quickly rushed round the car so they can get the deal done. When there are any issues with the car they are unwilling to help. I found a poor bodywork repair after a few weeks in which I was told by they would not help with repair as it was a used vehicle and they had not done the repair originally. Now I have spend more money on getting it repaired properly. The customer service is awful and basically told it’s hpi clear not our problem. All in all **Rubbish company stay Clear***
In reply to the comment from Ucan, I didn’t say it was off colour, it had a poor repair and for the cost of the car should’ve been picked up whether it is 1 year old or 10years old as I was told this car was a friend of the managers. Which was probably not true. Also just because I appreciate a call back doesn’t mean I am happy. I have 6 months for any defects which I find for you to rectify and you have said you won’t do anything.
To be honest the state of the stone chip repairs, it’s best I sort myself so it’s done properly.
I stand by my review and wouldn’t recommend. I appreciate your reply.

We are sorry that you feel this way Chris, we check and prepare our cars thoroughly and check every car we sell is HPI clear , Cars may suffer minor cosmetic repairs in their lifetime that may warrant body repair this particular car is almost 8 years old and therefore we would expect some age related marks or flaws to the bodywork. We personally have not carried out any cosmetic repairs to your car so any repairs that have been carried out would have been prior to us purchasing the car. We did not notice any significant repairs to the car prior sale to yourself and didn't try to hide anything from you when you viewed the car on the 11th october, you did point out some minor stone chips on the car that we agreed to touch in for you, you returned the car to site a few days later and the agreed touch ins were done, no other bodywork issues were raised at that stage. It has now been almost 3 months since you took delivery of the car and yet this is the first time you have noticed that the bumper is very slightly out of line and in your opinion the wing is slightly out of colour, while we aren't disputing this may be the case ( we have not seen the car for almost 3 months ) if it has taken 3 months to notice it would be deemed as very minor and acceptable for the age and mileage of the car . Our customer service advisor did call you the other day and discussed all this with you and at that stage you told our advisor that you appreciated the call.

The guy on the pushing me to get car younger than 17 plate when have 17 plate car at the moment no customer service all just pushy sales would highly avoid this place for car. Alex is an absolute dream
Alex is an absolute dream. Being fairly apprehensive of getting finance to help my credit, he explained every single answer to my questions with clarity and most importantly without feeling the pressure of being in a car show room and having to walk away with a car that same day. We managed to source the car i had been wanting for a while and he went above and beyond with my whole experience, I would highly recommend Ucan.
