Great service
Went in straight after work without any paperwork due to the time.
Managed to get everything sorted just from images I had on my phone.
Staff were polite and very helpful the whole time managed to get everything sorted within 2 hours and they even stayed after closing time to finalise all the paperwork.
Would highly recommend coming to this company if you’re looking to finance a vehicle.

Make of this in your own minds, I bought a very expensive car from this dealer, that was advertised as having a manufacturer warranty, on point of sale this warranty was NOT transferable so subsequently the car had no warranty at all not even a dealer supplied version, I would be very cautious about buying from here, would you spend £68000 on a car with no warranty????
You never formally offered a replacement Porsche warranty direct to myself, a different warranty was offered as a possibility which I refused as this would give no where near the cover of the manufacturer warranty, therefore I persued my complaint through the ombudsman as you know they have said that you are to pay for the Porsche warranty and associated costs, a copy of which I have sent you.

We have now tracked down your e-mail that was sent directly to one of our managers, as you can see in the reply from the ombudsman they have seen evidence that we had paid for a warranty on the Car, the email you have sent us is from the ombudsman to yourself regarding your complaint against alphera financial services ( I’m happy to share this full email on trust pilot if you are ) as we have always offered we are happy to now book your car in for assessment for a new Porsche warranty as long as the car has not been modified since sale.
We have had no email Mark and nothing from your finance company nor the ombudsman, which if they have made a decision we would have received something from somewhere. Please call us on 01618704744
As you are fully aware, we have never spoken to you directly regarding this issue, as you raised it with your finance company from the outset. We have liaised with the finance company throughout, as per your preference, and to date we have had nothing from either the ombudsman or your finance company as a final decision.

We're sorry to see that you feel this way, but we do need to correct a number of inaccuracies in your review.
The issue regarding the Porsche manufacturer warranty was not caused by Ucan Car Credit. We sold the vehicle in good faith, believing the existing warranty was transferable, based on the information provided at the time. it later became apparent that Porsche had made an error regarding the transferability of the warranty.
As soon as the issue came to light, we acted promptly and offered several solutions at our own expense. these included paying for Porsche Approved Inspection with the intention of purchasing a new Porsche Extended warranty, or alternatively providing a comprehensive WSG Supercar Warranty. Unfortunately, these offers were declined.
Instead you requested £5K in compensation which we did not feel was a reasonable resolution given that we had already offered to provide equivalent warranty cover.
We always strive to resolve any issues fairly and professionally and we're disappointed that despite our genuine efforts to put matters right this review does not reflect the full circumstances

This the second time I have bought a car from Ucan. Unfortunately the first car ended up in an accident and I was struggling to secure finance for the second time.
With the help of Amber Henry I finally managed to get back on the road after 6 months of being without a car. She is an amazing lady whose heart is genuinely set on getting you the car you deserve!
