Used them for years and never had issues. However this time they took alot of money from me for stock that was not available. I have no order a week later plus they still have all my money. Customer service is ridiculous they do not reply to messages through site, email or messenger. £200 down still!

Cheap prices good communication quick delivery good experience overall will use again

Read some negative reviews but have to speak as I find.i emailed a question and had a quick response,on the back of this i submitted my order which was despatched pretty quickly.i have to say that overall the range and prices at ubervape are fab, cheaper than many other sites, I must also say that the customer service was fab too, thanks ubervape for your excellent service,Will definitely be coming back soon.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Allowed me to order a tank that 6 days later they are telling me wasn't in stock. Will not order from them again.

I put an item in the basket, decided against it. Now receiving daily emails about the incomplete order, no unsubscribe button. That’s enough to put me right off this company.

Very slow to dispatch order. Were out of stock of 3 out 4 items despite allowing me to order them, but only initially refunded 2 of the items. Implied I was lying when I asked them to refund the 3rd item. I will never buy from this company again. It was no surprise to see that half their reviews are 1 star.

order a box of 10 energy ice elf bars, been using them from a different shop for weeks and usually get 3-4 days out of them, these not even lasting half a day, shop said as it been 2 weeks from order thats fine they expect them to last half a day and i should have used them all by now. wouldn't recommended

Cheapest vape site around and delivered in a day ! Eventhough I went for standard delivery. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about but if you want to save on vape products while getting them delivered in a fast time ubervapes is the perfect place to do so.

Awful customer service whenever there is a problem. They have no desire or ability to address it. If orders go missing, they don’t even reply to emails and are impossible to contact.
If you use them, be very clear if there’s a problem they’ll just ignore you

Bought vampire vape liquids. They were discoloured compared to the ones I bought from original website. Tasted different and worse, so am questioning whether it is even the real brand they sold me. Wont buy them again unfortunately

Bought a packet of T22 innokin coils on 24/01. Usually keep a supply of around 10 coils as there are 1 or 2 that normally don't work as well as others.
ALL 5 coils bought from the above company did not work. I accept that 1 or 2 may not but all 5??? Wrote to the Ubervape to express my concerns and that I did not wish to post a negative review as I have only posted 1 negative review in my life. I received a generic response saying that I was out of the 2 months period that coils are expected to last!!! What??? Anyway...if you receive good service and products from this company ...good for you but I warn you that if you don't then they don't want to know. Also...you cannot write a review on Ubervape website unless you have an account. These coils were so bad that I had to review it somewhere.

Started using IQOS and try see sell the HEETS I bought many types to try each flavour out and the shipping was next day deliver. Will definitely buy again. Don’t know why so many negative comments.

Ordered a discreet number of times from them, and the delivery is always on time, my order always arrive in 2-3 days.
Good that the price is slightly cheaper then what you can get from the shops around thanks to their reward point system.
I always get the IQOS HEETS cigarettes.

Appalling service. Told next day delivery, now looks to be 4 to 5 days? No one really knows. When talking about things like this we want to know for sure when it's arriving. Appalling. I messaged separately and I haven't heard a thing from the company. Wanted to find my next weekly delivery. Never again.

Have used Ubervape a few times and found there service to be excellent. Free delivery on orders over £15 and delivered within 3 days. Very good as I live at the other end of the country. Will definitely use again.

I bought a £70 vape and it broke 6 months later. Just won't turn on. I took it into a shop and they were completely shocked it would break this soon and told me to contact the seller. I contacted ubervape and pretty much got a one sentence answer that there's nothing they can do and not their problem.

If i could give less than 0 stars, I would I would give them -5 stars. These guys do not take care of you're order and when ever they mess up an order on their end, you are to blame and they do not compensate you. Their response time and how they handle complaints are atrocious. Never order from these guys. Utter jokes these people are.
