Ubersuggest is a complete scam
Ubersuggest is a complete scam. I paid for a premium subscription, but they blocked my Google login for no reason. To make it worse, their password reset system is totally broken and doesn't work at all. You are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I am sick of being automatically logged out every 2 days just so they can save their own resources at the expense of paying customers. It is cheap, pathetic, and shows the lowest standard in the industry. By treating customers like this and stealing our money, you are just proving where you are actually from.
Do not waste your money here. They claim to be the best, but they are just scamming people with a broken tool and zero support. You are the worst company.
i cannot show screenshot here... if ican i will show how pothetic and unprofessional their customer service are there is no live chat option and a chatbot like to scam people . repeatable questions..

Rank Tracking von täglich auf wöchentlich reduziert
Im Januar 2025 hatte ich das Lifetime Paket von Ubersuggest hauptsächlich als Rank Tracker gekauft. Damals wurden die Daten für das Rank Tracking täglich aktualisiert.
Vor Kurzem wurde die Aktualisierung von täglich auf wöchentlich reduziert. Damit ist das Rank Tracking für mich nahezu wertlos geworden. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und fühle mich hintergangen, weil eine wesentliche Leistung des Produkts nach dem Kauf einfach drastisch reduziert wurde.
Nachtrag 16.4.2026:
Nach meiner 2. Nachfrage/Reklamation reagierte der Supports: Inzwischen wurde mein Account wieder auf tägliches Tracking umgestellt.
Ich freue mich, dass dieses unangenehme Intermezzo bereinigt ist und gehe davon aus, dass derartige grundlegende Änderungen in Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen.

Nach mühevollem Nacharbeiten Prompt-Fragen kommt eine Fehlermeldung und man kann von vorne anfangen. 3 max erfolglos und zeitaufwändig versucht!
Wirklich unausgereifte Beta Version, die keine Funktion bietet!

Die Anfrage ob meine Bewertung echt ist, kam sofort - das Problem wurde aber noch nicht bearbeitet.

Do not trust the positive reviews! We are an award winning Norwegian agency, and our experiense with Ubersuggest is a total disgrace:
- We were not able to cancel the trial, and was charged for the Enterprise Lifetime subscription
- Support still has not responded to our ticket(s)
- There is no Norwegian language support for either AI Writer, Ad Extensions etc. (so for us and any Norwegian agencies this is useless)
- There are major data quality issues (just Google "data quality issues Ubersuggest) in major markets (i.e. UK)
We do believe that some of the positive reviews are genuine, but as per today, I would stay far away from Ubersuggest until they have resolved all their issues.

SCAM - They stole my wife's money!
My wife received a recommendation to use Ubersuggest, it didn't work out, and when she tried to cancel her subscription, the page kept not loading properly over and over again and she accidentally pressed directly above and "upgraded" for $99 non-refundable. When she immediately contacted to explain and cancel they kept her money.
