Good games, awful service
We rented games for our wedding - the process of getting these ordered was terrible (calls not being answered and people not replying to messages). The games did arrive on the day stated, but I had to ring to get an exact time slot rather than just 8-5. Games were all in good condition but still haven’t been picked up despite us waiting in for the collection and giving them access information to collect them on a later date

Dear Caroline
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback, and I'm very sorry that you didn't have a good experience. It's not the level of service we want our customers to receive and I'm very sorry this hasn't worked smoothly for you on this occasion.
We use Parcelforce's Express 24 hour delivery service, they're unable to give a time slot until the day of delivery when they've worked out their routes for the day. Unfortunately this isn't something we can change, and we do communicate the timings in the confirmation email.
Though the games have been picked up from you now, I understand how frustrating the failed collection is. We are following up to understand what happened and prevent a repeat.
I hope you and your guests were able to enjoy the games on the day.
Kind regards
Sarah
I ordered two sets of Ladder Golf
I ordered two sets of Ladder Golf, one for myself and one for a gift. One arrived with a broken pole and within 2 days they had resolved the issue by sending me out a brand new one. They were very helpful and polite with all their emails, and I will continue to recommend them to my friends.

Great products, great customer service!
Through no fault of Ubergames, we had an issue with delivery the week before Christmas, but the staff at the company were really helpful and got a replacement sent out in double quick time for us.
We’re also really pleased with the quality of products received, so thank you!

My purchase of a Giant Jenga Mega Tower …
My purchase of a Giant Jenga Mega Tower over two weeks ago has still not been fully completed. The money was taken in full when I ordered the item but I'm still waiting for part of the set to be delivered. I've made numerous telephone calls chasing the missing part but, so far, all to no avail. Despite numerous assurances that someone will call me back they never do.

Hi Mr Collings,
Please accept my apologies for the trouble with your order - it is very unusual for this to happen. I believe my colleague has now sorted this for you and you will receive the missing bag tomorrow.
Again, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused you but I hope you are happy with the product.
Thanks, Kate

wrong but right
The board game I ordered was delivered with blemishes to the surrounding wood, but they sent me a further garden game as way of an apology. This was ok by me.

good kit that is well built, but you do get stung for the inevitable replacements when parts are lost - have a look at the spare parts price before you purchase

I ordered a Croquet Set which we used …
I ordered a Croquet Set which we used twice and the wooden balls paint badly cracked (looked like they had been used for 2 years!) and a mallet cracked. They kindly offered to replace the mallet however would not replace the balls arguing that 'I’m am afraid is what happens on wooden balls'. They recommended that i spoke with the croquet association and told me that a reasonable person does need to understand what they are buying and its expected performance! I am obviously new to the game!!!!?
I purchased this through the croquet online site which I left a review but it doesn't seem to show! :) :) :) :)( there are good review on there).
Just be warned.

We received the complaint 11 months after the croquet set was purchased. Wooden balls do deteriorate from first use - this is the nature of paint on wood and with the balls being hit. Therefore, we do recommend people to purchase sets with composite balls and this is clearly listed on our website. We encouraged Warren to speak to the croquet association, providing a name and number of someone there so he could get an independent view on what should be expected of wooden balls – it is disappointing he did not do this but still gave a negative review. We will speak with croquetonline regarding their review system. We have now supplied the replacement mallet.
First class.
Great communications, delivery and quality of product.
