Speedy response & good communication
I was really stuck as the UAE Govt site didn't work for me so I used UAE Permit as an alternative and it worked great, I had my visit visa within 12 hours. The website was easy to use, and following the application they were in touch with me on Whatsapp within a few hours to ask some clarifying questions. Following that it was done :)
