This is the second time I have purchased a machine from Tysew, the prices are good, and the after sales help is excellent. The machine came ready assembled, and was delivered by a very helpful driver named James, who positioned the machine, and plugged it in for me. He made sure that I was happy with my items before he left, and was very pleasant, well done James and Tysew.

Excellent service. I called one afternoon to check the availability of a particular machine foot. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I ordered the foot online following the call and it arrived the next morning.
Would certainly use again.

What a fabulous family business! I have been planning on buying an industry sewing machine for a while now but wasn't sure where to buy one with confidence. I have found this gem of a business via my online search and have given it a go. Paul was brilliant from the second we have arrived.
He shown me couple of industrial sewing machines, allowed me to try them and patiently answered all of my questions (there were many :) ). My machine arrived a couple days later and I couldn't be happier!! I am in LOVE with my new machine, it's a total life saver! Our experience of this company is a very pleasant one.
Their service is first class, we ordered an ex-display overlocker, there was a choice of delivery options I believe, 3 to 5 days - £4.95 or 5 to 10 days Free, as we were in no hurry we selected the Free 5 to 10 days, the order was placed on a Monday afternoon and to our total surprise it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. The ex-display overlocker was in superb condition with all its accessories and at a very tempting discount, so all in all we are highly delighted with this company and the service they provide, would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I travelled 2 hours to test out some industrial machines. Patience was shown in explaining to me how they worked. There was no hard sell to try and get me to buy a more expensive machine, in fact was encouraged to buy a less expensive machine more suitable to my needs. I will be back, as we expand we will need more machines.

Bought a Janome 360DC machine from Tysew via Amazon - a really good transaction and delivery 6 months ago.
Today had a tension issue so contacted them about it - great service - engineer was happy to solve my tension issue while I waited!

The engineer of the company name call Svet. Very helpful .demostration and explain clearly how to use the skiving machine. Also explain very details how to put some engine oil. Skillfull and knowledgeable.

Highly recommended company, quality products and always available for assistance, needed a part for the bieffe ironing system so ordered at 1.30pm and received the part next day.

I was looking at the big brand industrial machines when I stumbled upon several Tysew’s in a workshop, and they had good mileage on them. So I thought, if these are good enough here, good enough for 24h Chinese factories, they are probably good enough for me. Ended up getting a new direct drive machine which is actually superior to the big brand one for twice the money. All feels very solid and well built, too. Add a prompt and friendly delivery fully built - what’s not to like? Getting under way, if there are any issues to report, will edit my review. No edits - assume all is great.

My wife wanted a sewing machine went to a few places to look for one. Over the phone staff at most shops didn’t sound ready for business.
We rang Tysew.co.uk and a lady answered the phone and was most pleasant and offered good advice.
We drove there and was greeted by Talla and JD, who offered good advise on various machines that would suit the work my wife was going to undertake. The lady on the phone named Jalpa also was a great help in sorting out a couple of issues and provided online manual for the sewing machine too.
We are very pleased that we went to a right place and got a very good service and right priced sewing machine.

Always helpful and honest advice given based on your needs. I wanted to buy an industrial machine for home use. Able to try various machines and ask lots of questions. Really pleased with my new Juki, which was kindly delivered in time for Christmas.

I just received my third purchase from Tysew and as
usual the ordering and delivery was exceptional. never any problems from Tyson, All staff are always helpful and friendly. Raj can always make a suggestion to assist you if you need advice, and deals with nay issue you may have very quickly and professionally.
This type of customer service is rare these days.

I have ordered an industrial sewing machine and a overlock machine in this company. To be honest I'm really impressed with their service. Just with in 2 working days I received the machine and I'm from Nottingham. It was completely assembled, it was fully packed and I received my machines very safely. I got these 2 machines with reasonable prices. I really appreciate their service. People who working their were very friendly and very supportive.
