They honoured the warranty for my device which had an issue and it's perfect now.
As long as a company rectifies any customer issues, it's worth trying them.

You may think you're getting a good deal, but if something goes wrong, you'll have more trouble than you've ever had.
I made a mistake thinking that I was supporting a small, up-and-coming global seller, but it turned out that I had bought problems with my money. For a 20% discount on the price of a similar new product, I received a damaged item with missing parts, which the seller called a display sample in working condition. The seller made a decision to return the item. But the main thing is that I got communication from the seller with a humiliating buyer's behavior. In response to my written request for a refund, the seller replied that I had wasted my time writing it and that he did not even read it.
The seller's behavior insults the rights of New Zealand consumers and humiliates his customers. Such sellers should not exist in the New Zealand market.

Bought an air purifier. Item not refurbished when they said it was. Unable to open to get to filter so sent back. They got it open and accused us of dishones8y. Did however refund the purchase price but would not pay the return shipping fee. Don't trust these guys.

Tydi is legit, bought refurbished LinkBuds S from them directly last week, and they're in fantastic condition! I was hesitant due to some online threads but took the chance and can guarantee you they're legit. They're quick with their emails too so if you have any questions they'll get back to you asap, although the emails do often end up in Spam/Junk mail.

had a great experience. I ordered Dyso vacuum attachment, it was delivered but I didnt receive the item. I contacted the customer service and they sent another same item. I was so happy! would greatly recommended! fast, reliable and good communication.

The refurbished laptop I bought was exactly as described. And though the one I bidded on wasn't initially available another one was sourced and upgraded to match the same specs. It duly arrived. Though there were moments of tension for me because after a week of non-delivery turns out it was at the local postshop and they had not left a note in the letterbox to say why they hadn't delivered it. The vendor was open about not having let me know in a timely fashion, and I totally understand how it is to be that busy. Bottom line is I would happily purchase again and I would recommend this vendor to my friends.

There was a PS4 controller that they mention it’s a genuine sony PS4 controller. And just the box is broken and they took it out to test it. So I paid $60 for the controller and when I received it,I it was in a white box(no controller box). When I tested it, it was a fake copy of the controller which you can buy for $30. A really bad plastic finish, hard buttons. And they sell it as a genuine PS4 controller.
