With a selection of companies supplying motorcycle tyres it’s important that you check reviews to obtain the service you expect. Two Tyres don’t disappoint, they said it was in stock and it was, it was also delivered the very next day. I could have saved a little money but luckily read the reviews of the Two Tyres competitors I spent the extra and received excellent service so if you want great service use Two Tyres.

I had a great experience with these guys before, so I decided to change my motorcycle tyres again with them. I booked and purchased the tyres online and immediately I had a sms FROM THEM reminding me I was about to expire in my MOT so I called them back and booked a slot for the MOT as well.
As I arrived at the garage, one of the guys told me I choose a odd combination for my front tyre so I answered him I thought that's what would suit my riding style, I ask them If I can touch/feel the tyre in case was too bad of a choice and to my surprise another technician just started laughing and told me if I was a “tyre whisperer” I asked them what was fun about it?...well, not really important but not nice either, If you want to have fun, put me in as well.
The worst part is that I was waiting outside thinking I was going to get the MOT and after 15 minutes I asked and they told me the bike was finished! and we do not do MOT's here....really?, you sent me a text!!
well, no much to say but a bit disappointed, the first time they were lovely, this time dry and kept me waiting for nothing and have to come back home without the MOT. I doubt I'll be back.

Ordered an inner tube, sent by (Evri on 2 day service) obviously needed it urgently. Tracking stopped on Saturday (tube despatched on the Wednesday) contacted them quick to respond to say hang on. Waited but Evri still nothing on tracking. Told them and said id like a refund to be told only when you send the inner tube back! For Christ sake I haven’t got it Evri have. Now stopped answering. Avoid. I will now contact my bank and claim money back!

Ordered an "a spec" Pirelli Angel GT rear tyre for my Ducati Scrambler. The "a spec" is for really heavy touring bikes. Seconds after placing my order I got a phone call from Chris from Two Tyres asking me what bike it would be going on. (I'd ordered a front tyre as well). He rectified my mistake straight away and said he'd reimburse the difference, if any. A great service from a great company. I also got some freebies thrown in. Ordered on Monday, came on Wednesday. I placed an online order for a pair of Michelin 'Anakee Road' tyres for my Tiger 1200 GT Pro on the Thursday 23rd May at 4.30pm and they arrived by DHL courier the next morning at 11.35am ! That's London to West Yorkshire overnight and for a set delivery price of £3.95 ! Amazing !
The total, incl postage was the most competitive online price and then I found Bennetts Insurance Bike Social were offering a £10 online discount if your order is over £200, which the discount code didn't seem to work when I applied it online, so I rang the Two Tyres company to discuss.
I dealt direct with Chris, the part owner of Two Tyres on the phone, after I had placed my order and the fact my £10 discount code from Bennetts Bike Social had a blip. Chris was very apologetic, as there was an issue with the system and as a very kind gesture offered me a further £10 off (now £20) the total price. On top of that Chris had the time to chat and give me a insight of this new model of the 2024 Michelin 'Anakee Road' (and the 'Anakee Adventure') tyre(s).
I have to say, from start to finish, dealing with Two Tyres was a breeze, very pleasant customer service and professional to deal with, so many thanks again to you and your company, Chris.
A mention also to DHL Courier service too for their part in keeping me up to date re the safe delivery (and well packaged) of the tyres the very next morning. We all tend to hear a fair few negative reviews regarding some courier companies, so on this occasion, I have to give credit where credit is due to DHL. Excellent.
I reckon I know where I'll be returning when in the need of new motorcycle tyres!!

Top service. They’ve sent me a tyre only few weeks old (other “smart” sellers asking for money for you to get newest tyre and… not getting my money😅). If nothing will change - will order again, not many companies in UK deserves a good review
Update 14/06 - had to remove 1 star for the reasons below:
1. Haven’t got my free neck tube, despite mentioning this to Chris

Shopped around for the best online price for the tyres I wanted and TT came up best.

Order placed and 3 days later the tyres are on the doorstep.

Seamless.

Ordered online,arrived all in good order on time and appreciate the email from a member of the team offering any assistance if needed ,very unusual.

Took my BMW GSA for tyres. All 3 chaps working were very friendly and knowledgable. Offered various options for me to to consider tyre wise when my initial request was not in stock. Eventually found the original tyre request I had enquired about and they were fitted promptly and without any scratches to rims!! Place was very busy with email orders (I assume) but they had my two wheels done after a great cuppa and sandwich in the rest room upstairs. Just a "mission" to get to the workshop!! Traffic is horrendous!! Please relocate to a more convenient location!! Central London SUCKS big time !!!

Firstly many thanks for fitting me in straight away unannounced with just one hours notice, this was very much appreciated and noted as time is currently a luxury.

I asked for Michelin Anarchy Adventure tyres to be fitted both front and rear to my 2022 BMW1250R GSA (the originals covering 12K use in all weather so recommended) both were fitted in around 40 minutes from my arrival, I was given the use of a very comfortable waiting area which included drinks and a TV.

My bike was treated with care and the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was very apprehensive at first as the area and business was unknown to me as I’d ridden down from leafy Hertfordshire, on arrival I was pleasantly surprised that many other people were waiting with similar premium machines.

I couldn’t have asked for better….

Excellent service, was let down badly by another Tyre retailer who claimed to have tyres in stock, which they did not, along with the fitting partner, which had shut down well over a year previous. Called TwoTyres who had the stock, were considerably cheaper and were able to fit them the next day, first class service thanks.

Superb service. I was due to go for a rideout on Saturday, wheeled the bike out of the garage and it had a puncture. I called Two Tyres who gave me advice on how to reinflate safely and get the bike over to them. When I arrived they fixed it there and then and had me back out before I could even finish my cuppa! Proper service.

Great service, excellent communications and quality products at a good price. Would highly recommend.

Orderd 2 tyres at excell show 18th Feb delivered 21st Feb. They were the cheapest quote I could find for tyres I wanteds and inclued postage. also received some goodies, which were also given to my companions.

Prompt service and good selection of tyres selection of tyres at a good price. Would have been 5 stars but the website says the price includes labour, balancing, vales etc to "avoid nasty surprises" but the reality is you have to pay £30 for fitting.

Lovely service. My son’s bike had failed its mot on tyres and rear brake calliper. He called the workshop whom said bring it straight over and they’d have a look

Tyres were off the shelf and available, but the rear spindle was not playing ball so the owner popped next door, where they found a replacement spindle nut (the old one was fubared) and sorted the rear wheel. A bit of huffing and puffing they adjusted the rear brake callipers but advised it needed a good service which I said I was happy to do.

All in all, a fast and polite service.

Excellent service from Two Tyres will certainly return again to make purchases.

I am a regular positive reviewer but….
As an experienced motorcyclist I’ve been a regular user of the group of companies that share theses premises with professional good values personal service over many years. I needed an MOT and was unsure which workshop had replaced the previous owner. TwoTyres staff said yes WE do that, when in fact the MOT guy is next door. They proceeded with a "Pre MOT, health check report= Get MOT” at £19. I would not head for an MOT without checking my bikes status after 45 years biking. Of course they found I needed a new front tyre, it would have passed but not unreasonable. I couldn’t comment on the price as no comparison was possible at the time. £30 on top for balance, valve and are disposal. I didn’t get any estimate given before hand of this work.
Th final insult was to ask me to wait whilst they consulted the actual MOT guy next door who is an independent trader. Obviously I know to go straight there next time. Twotyres invoice rounded up my MOT to £30 when the max price is £29.99 for a bike. I'm happy with the tyre and ultimately safe biking is the goal but feel sharp practises were at work here, particularly taking work from the MOT guy who could easily supply and fit tyres.
This review is so late as I wished to speak to TwoTyres personally to give them a chance to respond but have not gone back

Excellent bunch of people, super friendly and helpful. Ordered new Pirelli tyres for my bike online, one of which was not in stock, but they got it for the next day. I went to their place in Greenwich for fitting. All went well, everyone was friendly and helpful. I waited in their upstairs lounge area watching the big screen tv whilst my bike was worked on. I couldn’t have asked for more. They even gave me a bunch of freebies as a gift. Will Defo get my tyres from them in the future.
