You have been charged after cancelling plan:

This happens when users go through third party sites to try and cancel their Twixify subscription. Don't click on third party sites when you google 'cancel twixify subscription' because all my competitors are trying to rank for that keyword. I recently caught 2 guys making a fake cancel subscription page for Twixify. One of which was ranking right below the actual cancel subscription page.

Bring back old version.

Bring old version. New custom mode and basic version is not as good compared to when it first came out. Re-release it otherwise i’m cancelling.

In October 2024, I made the decision to switch back to the first model i trained.

If you look at most of the 1 star reviews I got, they were from Oct - Jan which was when i had the old model running.

I only did this to cut costs to fund another startup.

Rest assured as I've now switched back to the more powerful model I trained (and still updating).

Give it a try with the free trial. I'm so confident it works that i'll give anyone a free lifetime account if it doesn't (email sales@twixify.com).

Asked for a refund about 2-3 weeks ago, they still have not given it to me. I thought i canceled it but i got a bill on the next month so i told them and they said they would cancel it and refund me. Still hasnt happened.

Only partial refund recieved

They only refunded 2 months of usage when I asked for a refund of my full plan. As stated in their refund policy, they will refund you if you did not use your account. I only used it once or twice for the month that i got it but forgot my account email so couldn’t log back in to cancel. After asking for a full refund of all 4 months, they only refunded 2 months worth of usage.

what happened to custom mode?

I swear it used to work so well back in November of 2024 but now it only bypasses GPTZero about 6/10 times.Cancelled my plan because of this. Will re-subscribe if they get this issue sorted.

This is a scam. They charged me for the first month and it worked fine then once I had used up all my requests they just never refilled them in the start of the new month even though they would again charge me for the premium plan. There were also multiple glitches and bug and each time I'd email through to tell them Nathan would ask for screen shots which id send and then nothing ever happened. I also emailed them saying I wanted a refund for for the 2 months that I paid for but never got my 150 requests renewed and they didn't bother to respond. DON'T USE THEM. I have now cancelled my subscription after my failed attempts at seeking a resolution from them.

I have the same problem SCAM

I have the same problem, they are scam, I cancelled in December but they still charge my bank account this January and I never received email of my subscription during the time I purchased it or registered for the site, no receipt of payment only from a reflection of the charge on my bank account, I have sent emails yet no reply

Hey Sharon. I’m really sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. I just wanted to let you know that if you're not satisfied with the response from our support team, you can always reach out directly to our sales team at sales@twixify.com as they’ll be happy to assist further.

Let's also talk some numbers. Without revealing too much private info, here's what we've done in the past 6 months alone:

- close to 10k new paying users

- of those 10k users, we've had well over 1k cancellations, giving us a very low churn rate of roughly 10%

- On top of this, we have also processed close to $20k alone in refunds

Mind you (unlike our competitor who I'm not going to mention), we legally do not have to refund a majority these users as they do not fall within our refund criteria, yet we do it for them anyways.

So, with these numbers in mind, do you still feel like we’re just in it for a money grab? I’d love to hear your thoughts and work towards a better resolution for you.

Edit - Regarding the lack of email verification, we recently disabled it due to a bug. This is only temporary, and we will reactivate email verification soon.

I got my subscription last month. the humanizer gives really weird output. doesn't really make sense why its even called humanizer. i asked for a refund and they didn't even respond to my email.

Probably the WORST OF WORST!!

Probably the worst of worst! I totally lost my trust from these ai Humanizers as most of them somehow bypasses ai text but changes the entires context! And then here comes twixify.. first of all it doesn’t even bypass ZeroGPT, ai score is always above 60% and then the output is soooo bad so bad! I literally put an essay on melting glaciers, and from twixify it came out as Sahara desert! I don’t know where it generates it words from!

One piece of advice: Please stop paying those so called influencers to promote your site and making hundreds of people suffer. Remember, most of us students, we work day and night to pay for our education and then you guys come out of nowhere and scam us as if it’s nothing! And the customer service? It doesn’t even exist!

Fake Humanizer & doesn’t work!

Fake and scam! Doesn’t work at all!
Guys don’t fall for the cheap price. The humaniser barely works. The $8 dollar plan or $27 dollar plan. There is no difference. I first bought the $8 and it seemed to not work and then I thought of purchasing the premium one. It’s the same shit!

Please think twice where you put your money! Full of fake advertisements. Me and my friends cancelled undetectable ai subscription and got into this. Still the same crap! Now im using stealth and few of my friends are using Ryne, id say these are way better and at least works.

Would give it 5 stars but I'm only giving 4 stars because i find it to be a bit expensive for the value. I mean it works but I don't think it's worth paying $7 a month for it.
