They claim I put the wrong address by switching around a number when I used the same auto-fill as every other site. Then instead of using any kind of address verification they shipped it across the ocean and back again to themselves and charged me for the process. So many better sites, don't do business with these imbeciles.

Honestly the detail in the dildo is astounding! At first I had my doubts before buying it so I did some research and looked at videos and reviews. Everything I heard was positive in terms of material, thickness and overall usage of the toy. Took some time to decide which one to go but decided to go with small. Once it arrived didn’t think for a second on testing it out. Everything looks and feels the way it needs to feel! Best purchase of my life!

Customer Service was outstanding when I had two packages stolen/misplaced due to Royal Mail errors. Where I have received the package, the product has always been fantastic.

Order was sent to my work address so I was a bit nervous... totally quickly, professionally and discretely done. They respond to emails too so there's a real human to talk to which is a rarer thing!

Hi there, I pay for 1 day delivery paying over 50% of the cost of the product on delivery just for the fact of being 1 days delivery, I ordered on Thursday 7pm and I understand that it won’t arrive until Saturday as it’s was after 1:00pm, however it didn’t arrive until Monday. I contacted the carrier that they told me that they work on Saturday if you pay for one day delivery. However they also told me that the seller company did raise the delivery labels online but they didn’t drop it until Saturday!…I email Joey asking for the delivery charges to be refunded and he said no he can’t refund me….blaming me for ordering on Thursday after 1:00 pm…when it real fact if they did bring the package on Friday I’ll have receive it on Saturday. Means it’s their fault of offering a day delivery but no working hard enough to drop the items on to the carrier. I reply to him with: ‘’ok I am happy to make a review” and he didn’t care much about having a bad review… guys! There are a lot lot lot more online sellers for poppers and sexual clothing and toys. Avoid paying one day delivery to this people as they won’t care much at their end.

Absolutely disgraceful company that when you question where is your delivery, they reply to emails saying that your acting childish and to go seak help. What could of been an easy resolution which could of resulted in more sales ended up with some little jumped up person being completely rude and disrespectful. If your item doesn't turn up in the post don't expect them to give you a full refund or a replacement unless you pay for postage again. My advice is go use another company because the attitude of (sam) whoever that is controlling the companies emails is clearly advertising what a shoddy, unprofessional company they are. How dare you insult your customers because you couldn't do the right checks when confirming delivery address.

I ordered the 3 largest TED plugs for stretching and long term wear. Dispatch and delivery were surprisingly fast! Their design is great due to the smooth curves which makes insertion easy. They have a thick neck which is great for stretching. Unlike other large plugs they don't go that deep, and that makes them more comfortable.

I've been regularly training with them and try wearing them longer each time. The largest one seems a small step up from the next largest size but it is quite huge, so it will take some time to get used to it!

The quality is very good, the silicone is just right, it's soft but still solid enough to keep its shape and make insertion easy. The design could be improved further by making the base slightly smaller and with the tips curved upwards so that the base doesn't show through clothing.

Currently expanding my hole with twisteds, butt toys, all are quality stuff and wearable for hours, want to stretch to the max and will be buying larger plugs to enable a double fisting at a later date.....meanwhile really enjoying the fit and feel and pleasure of them

I placed an order with them beginning of month, one of my items was unavailable/damaged but they refunded so that was no issue, however after trying the rest of the stock, all of it seemed bland and ineffective. I contacted customer support, they replied once and then ignored me and haven't responded for over 2 weeks.

I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered a Plug Set and was absolutely not disappointed. Each toy was flawless, comfortable, and just as described, which only speaks volumes for their products I haven't tried for myself!

There was a minor issue where, at the time of purchase, one of the items were out of stock, resulting in it being missing from the initial parcel. However, they were very helpful and professional when addressing this matter and even offered a partial refund as compensation alongside the missing product being sent when back in stock.

On top of all this, the packaging was discreet and secure, which is always very nice with products of this type - I've had some less pleasant experiences with other companies.

Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll certainly be purchasing more from them in the future.

Bombastic solvents with a good price. No headache, no blue nails, no other ill effects. You will be super piggy and hungry for cocks though. Also, they sell some awesome toys.
