I ask lady before booking that if engineer know about Wiessmann boiler she said yes but when engineer arrived unfortunately he was could not do anything. They charged me 99£ plus vat.
Same evening I called local engineer he managed to sort out with in 1 hour.

Hi Umar, sorry to read you are disappointed with the outcome of our visit, having spoken to the engineer and assessed the job report i can see that the engineer disconnected your boiler due to it being unsafe.
The builder who has been doing the work on your property has carried out illegal gas work, rendering the installation dangerous and at risk to person and property.
While i am sure having your boiler disconnected was not the outcome you wanted, as a gas safe registered business we have a legal obligation to make installations safe or disconnect them if that's not possible.
In your case not only had the builder done illegal dangerous gas work, they had also caused a blockage in the existing gas pipework thus not allowing enough gas to reach the boiler.
The boiler cutting out was the reason you asked us to come to site initially, so the lack of gas pressure to the boiler was the cause of this.
Again i am sorry you did not get the outcome you wanted, but protecting you and your family had to be made a priority over leaving a dangerous installation running.

I was unsure of the fault and was passed onto Andy who was knowledgeable and super helpful. Reece arrived that afternoon and was professional, helpful and rectified the problem. 5 stars all around

Reliable and guarantee their work
I have a service plan and called them out. It was the same issue as previous call out so they replaced the parts under warranty FOC. All working again.

First rate service
First rate service, very helpful sorted out a few minor problems I had with the timer. So happy I have your plan paying monthly so when you came to service my central heating the other day I didn’t have a big bill to pay.
