I ordered a sweater for my son about a week before Christmas. They were to deliver it between 12/27/2022 and 1/04/2023. I have contacted them several times and they sent me a tracking number that showed it was ready to ship. It now Feb 1. 2023 and i still have not received the product. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it because the product was in transit. I will never purchase from this company again.

This is a horrible business… I ordered an Orange Peace & Love Patched Leather Varsity Jacket October 28, 2022 and still haven’t received it. I tried to contact the support time but they are non-responsive.

I ordered a 54$ hoodie in late October. It’s December, and. Not only was it never delivered, but the supposed support has been no help as far as getting my purchase refunded. Do not buy anything from this vendor. It is 100% a scam!

I ordered 3 shirts and 2 jeans 220$ and it took 2 months to get delivered . Only to not be the correct shirts and missing 1 pair of jeans . And you dont get a reply from the website or ppl from twillmkt

I could have not selected any stars would me better for my experience with this...ordered jeans size according to their site fits 37-39 comes and may be a size 31, so been asking for refund, when we try to complete the refund it now states. Can not process returns from our country at this time..been emailing and messaging them and nothing.convenient..would not recommend using these guys.

I ordered something in late September and at the time of writing this (1st November) i have received no updates at all about my order’s progress or anything despite the product being “in stock” on their website, clearly just drop shipping from overseas. I reached out to customer service for updates and received an email saying they will get in touch with their team and update me (on 12th October) and have since not heard a word back. I can’t definitively say you will never receive your items, i just wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

I placed my order on September 5th and it is now October 20th and I still haven’t received my item. When tracking my package I can see it made multiple stops in China before coming to the U.S. even though the site says they are located and ship from Los Angeles. Their customer service has been unresponsive, I have tried contacting them a number of times. DONT ORDER FROM TWILLMKT!!! It may not be a scam but they are most definitely unethical in their business practices. Hopefully my item will arrive at some point but who wants to wait 3 months for their order to arrive?!

Ordered the brown flame twill pants. Took 3 weeks for them even ship it out. After a week of me ordering and still no email for the tracking code, I asked for a refund. As soon as I ask for the refund that's when they wanna ship it out. Ordered the pants on August 25th and they arrived on October 2nd. Don't order from the website unless you're willing to wait.

Definite scam, should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. its been 3 weeks, 300$ less with no reply...

I just now read the reviews and yes this company sucks. They middleman wholesale companies like SHEIN and resell for triple the price and they take a long time to process orders because they are drop shipping I do not recommend pathetic company they suck and they need to be canceled

Few things:
-This company is definitely a drop shipper, “based in LA” but all products are made and come from China, yeah, highly doubtful they are based in LA.
-The domestic shipping policy they have on their site is not true because it took over a month to get my products. Mind you, I live in california. (Ordered jul 1, receive aug 20)
-After reading the reviews on here, I just decided to be patient and after a month in, the shipping information started updating. The package actually made it to my address and both of the pants that I ordered were there.
-The pants themself are as described but def H&M quality. Also, for one of the pants, the hole for the button of the pants was not cut out so I will have to get a tailor to do that. Their quality checking must be very poor.

With that being said it is definitely a gamble buying from this company and be ready to wait very long for H&M quality clothing.

I bought $250.00 U.S dollars worth of their clothes i am 6ft 190lbs and usually wear a L or XL in my clothing, i order the clothes in XL and ended up being too small, no problem, i ended up filing their return form and printing the shipping label and shipping the package for my money back, It has now been a full 2 MONTHS and i have NOT RECIEVED a single REAL answer only pre made messages. HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY MONEY BACK??? im usually very patient with things like this but it has been way too long and i would like the money back of course lol ! FOR NOW dont buy with them, a company of SCAMMERS

Purchased about $70+ pants from them. Never received my order, when it said it arrived. Explained that I had a Ring camera, and that the package wasn't stolen. Tried getting some answers and was just sent a email that ignored what I said and gave me a link to the page that said it was delivered (conveniently, the tracking information is only on their website, the shipping is third-party, as the tracking number doesn't work for UPS or USPS). Never got a followup, or offer to send me another pair. Sometimes "free" shipping costs you.

Do not buy from this company. Not only do they take about a month shipping, the customer service is terrible. They reply to emails about two days later with a generic answers. The things I ordered were worth over 200 dollars and they shipped it to the wrong address. I am in the east coast and they delivered it to Texas. I have asked for a refund and they just keep ignoring me. Buy somewhere else.

I ordered a 2 t-shirts s, a pair of shorts and a pair of jeans on Jun 13th. the order was charged to my card for $166.60 on the 14th, I’ve only gotten what I think is a real reply twice and I still have no package or info. Almost 200$ and I can’t even get a reply?

Placed my order 05/16/2022 purchased 5 items. On 06/06/2022 I received a partial order which are 3 pair of pants. The other two items were not in the package. What’s strange is the missing items could have easily fit inside of the packaging and shipped everything at the same time. After sending a few unpleasant emails, It took a over a week to get a tracking number. I believe this company is situated somewhere in California…although I could be wrong…Please believe that if I don’t receive everything that I paid for, I will reporting them to the Attorney Generals office in Cali. But the label on the package I received shows a Shipping Center in Jersey City, NJ, I’m reporting to the AG or NJ as well.

I honestly thought I got scammed after coming here to read reviews. My order didn’t ship for like two weeks and I didn’t actually get the product until a month later and was honestly just relieved at that point. After I tracked it I realized it had to make like 5 stops in china which makes sense I guess. However the product did actually match the picture and was decent quality for the price. Order at your own risk and don’t expect to get it for a month. This company is definitely not a scam though.

Company is a scam made a order over a month ago and still haven’t received order. Contacted them multiple times and gotten no response back. I have reached out to them through all of their social media and no response from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

Two weeks after an order without and update on shipping. Emailed customer service multiple times which took days to get an answer from. Asked for a refund but was ignored.

Them and the first time. They took my order and two weeks later emailed me saying the item was out of stock. Stay away from this company.

My order shipped in about a month but it was definitely worth the wait for the quality and style of the Light blue raw Star panel flare jeans. I was also happy that when I tried them on they looked exactly like they did in the picture of the model, as that’s rare with a lot of other brands. They were also super quick to respond when I reached out for tracking info for my order. I would definitely recommend shopping with them despite the wait, their clothes will definitely have your friends asking you about the clothes and styles you’re wearing.
