In mid February 2026 I ordered 2 lamps. They are the same style but different colors. In about a month I received one lamp. I have been writing to them, at least 6 emails, about the other lamp and I get very polite replies but no lamp and no refund. I suspect that I will never see my refund as I gave them a deadline of April 10 to either ship the lamp or give me a refund. First time I've been scammed. Lesson learned. I should have used Amazon

My order hasnt turned up . Carnt get hold of anyone on the phone number , dont even get a dialing tone. Emails are not going threw . Its like its a non exsistance email address. Ive waited 2 months and nothing. Took the payment though straight away 😡 . Fuming Why is this company still allowed to be selling online. I , like other people have made the mistake of not checking reviews before i bought, which i usually always do. THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN !!!

Lamp I ordered never arrived. From day one, the tracking order did not respond. Numerous request for help were ignored. No response from Twlight..
This was a $ 200 learning lesson.

Bought 3 pendant lights for $700 and was extremely disappointed. When they arrived, they looked like something straight out of Temu. Very cheap quality and poorly made. The packaging was just basic cardboard with little protection.
I tried to return them for a refund, but they gave me a return address in China. I had to spend another $100 out of my own pocket to send them back. After chasing them for months with no proper response, I finally got a call from Australia Post after 6 months saying no one had picked up the return and it was sent back to Australia.
I never got my money back and honestly feel like I was scammed.
Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend.

ITS A SCAM - they are pretending my order is on its way but they have completely ghosted me: my tracking for my lamp is not working. Two months… nothing.

I have reported them to consumer law Australia.
People like this have karma coming to them. They may think deception is ok to make a living. Just you wait you filthy scum

Do not order from this company — scammers.

They sent me broken lights, and when they sent a replacement, it also arrived broken. I still haven’t received a refund.

Like many others, I haven't checked the reviews and placed an order for a double hammock back in Januray 2026.. I only had one single reply from this company after over a month waiting for the item to arrive. They said they'll monitor my order and keep me updated.. It has been another month and after chasing - guess what? NO REPLY.. I don't see my order arriving or the refund reaching my account.. will NEVER buy from them again. Very disappointed..

A further update - still no reply from the company even though I have emailed them over 5 times to see where my order is. I have now gone through my bank to request a refund. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered $650 worth of lights and they never sent them. Havent replied to 5 emails. Got totally scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not order from this company Twilight & Co. not only did it take for the product to arrive 4 months late it was not what I ordered, they wanted me to pay for the return with tracking number, which would’ve costed almost as much as the product itself. They did offer 15% difference to be refunded to me. But after numerous times asking them to do so they have not replied and completely ghosted me, would not recommend this company.

Stay away from this company. The light I ordered took over a month to get here and there was no tracking information and no responses from them for weeks at a time. The item arrived but was not what was described when I purchased it online and it arrived damaged. Waited a week for them to respond to my message about it only to have them tell me to ship it back to China, pay for the shipping myself, which will cost more than the light cost. This is not a real company. These are dishonest people

I ordered lights that failed to arrive, the company stopped reply to emails and I am now trying to recover my money through my credit card.

I made an order on 8th Feb. My item has not arrived. I have reached out numerous times via email, without any reply. Extremely disappointed. I don’t make much money, and what I brought was a gift for someone very special and dear to me. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Now I’m at a loss 😢not happy at all

I ordered on 22 Jan (#TWACO4993) with a promised delivery of 7–10 business days. They missed it by weeks and repeatedly ignored my emails. After finally replying once, they still sent the parcel to the WRONG ADDRESS. No communication, no help, no delivery, no accountability.

The company also ship directly from China. No different than Temu apart from worse customer service, slower delivery times and much more expensive.

This company’s delivery claims are misleading and their customer service is non-existent. I now have to chase a refund.

STAY AWAY. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Do NOT buy from this website - They sell cheap poor quality products for high prices - The item was nothing like was advertised and after making me spend $50 to return it to their warehouse in China they refused to pick up the item from customs and didn't give me the refund. I payed a high price for a cheap product, spent a ridiculous amount of money on the return and now I have no refund and no item! Huge SCAM

They sold me a product that was meant to be 75cm high - it was 40cm.

I contacted for a refund because they sent me the wrong product - they declined and said I can’t change my mind.

I made it clear I’m not changing my mind - they sent me the wrong item and I shouldn’t have to pay for what I didn’t order.

I ordered and paid for an item ($190.00 AU)on 01/12/2025, I have sent numerous emails, my so called item can't be tracked because it was never sent beware of this buisness it is a total scam

I would give a Zero rating if I could. Ordered a Mustang Glass car for my brother in law for Christmas with a matching bottle of alcohol to put into the car. The item arrived and was miniatures in size and was of very poor quality. After going backwards and forwards via email for a few weeks I was told I would get a refund but this never arrived and I have been trying to follow up woth Lisa who is now completely ghosting me. Very poor service!!! AVOID this company

I ordered a lambswool throw. It has not shipped after several weeks; although they quickly charged my credit card for $94.00. You may never see your purchase & if you do, it will be very late getting to you

I have sent e-mails asking about the status, but no response. I am disgusted with myself from ordering an item from a Chinese scam company!

Update: February 19, 2026
My "$94.00 throw"was received today. There was no notice it had been shipped. It was advertized as lambswool & I thought it would be extra warm on my nursing home bed. However, it is the size of a lap throw! The tag on it says 100% Polyester; no mention of lambswool or any kind of wool. Needless to say, I will be more cautious in making internet purchases in the future!

As it is obvious that this company is committing internet fraud on a huge international scale I wonder if Trustpilot could supply a list of people who have been subjected to this fraudulent company's scam so that we could form an action group prosecution to recover all the money lost to this criminal scam
