My neighbours sink has been blocked for a week. She was at a funeral and was unable to be at home but she asked me if I could let hmthem in She has had various tradesmen visit to try and fix the issue. Moat Housing outsourced the job to TW Drainage. Sean from your company was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing. He was very thorough. Van driver is a serious risk to other road users and when questioned about his error is aggressive and confrontational.

Nima is a hero!!!

I had a blocked drain causing overflowing in my kitchen and Nima was sent out to help me. He showed up less than an hour after I made the call and did an amazing job to sort out the issue. He was really friendly, and explained what he was doing and really put my mind at ease. Thank goodness for him otherwise I dread to think what the state of my kitchen would have been like.

Marcus was friendly and explained what was happening. Waited on a colleague to help and unblocked our extremely blocked toilet.
