Do not order from this company

Never received the Christmas ornament organizer that I ordered in December but they took the money!!!!! And claim that it’s been delivered, after 3 months of requesting a refund

My friend purchased a car batter charger unit for my birthday and the item was sent to him without the unit charger.
There was a note in the pack saying "the charger is out of stock and will be sent to you later" but nothing was sent.
We followed up for months and months.
T.V Shop gave us a lot of run around. We also had to speak to different staff members at their customer service so we had to repeat ourselves several times to the new staff explaining the situation.
Eventually T.V Shop told us the charger was dis-countinued and that we had to buy another charger from an electronic shop in Sydney and pay for it ourselves in full.
We asked if T.V Shop would pay for the charger as they initially sold a product where parts were missing and they simply refused to and said we had to pay for it!
My friend was also not told initially that the item would be sent to him without the charger therefore it did not give my friend a choice to purchase or not! My friend only found out after he received the item with a note saying the charger was going to be sent to him later.
I found T.V Shop mis-leading, unreliable, dis-honest and their customer service hopeless!

I ordered an air works small hand held compression tool for inflation of tyres etc
I ordered this 17th February then upon finding out my nephew already was set up, I called back within the hour and canceled my order the representative assured me everything would be fine however as it was the weekend the office was not operating he advised me call 10am Monday which is today , I phoned and call centre had a representative named Andrea call me telling me the order was already processed and I would receive it then for me to post back at my cost???
I explained I ordered and one hour later canceled also have an email saying it would be processing once funds were cleared,
She overtalked me constantly saying SORRY and thanking me for my understanding NOT. 🙏 I am warning general public to be extremely aware of TV shop

Today I noticed a payment in my pending for approx £7.50 to TVShop.com,
I have never purchased anything from this company, I called my bank and they cannot cancel the transaction because apparently I signed up for this payment to be made every 2 weeks. It's up to £48 now so luckily I have been able to cancel. I tried their customer service, they cannot tell me what my original purchase was, but I found an invoice for $2 for a gold card ??!! I would never purchase anything like this.
I wondered if anyone knows of another company that may be linked to these, I made a purchase from Temu in the same week but nothing else, maybe they are passing on information ?

I ordered three table top games and three go carts and have not received any of them. They were christmas gifts so I look like the bad grandma. Never again.

Below 1 star as complete and total scammers. Waste of space doggy so called firm who pray on innocent people. I got my money back via section 75 of credit card act. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR OPEN ANY SUSPICIOUS LINKS

I ordered a Nightmare a before Christmas music Carousel for $30 back in April June, 2023, it is now in December 2023, and I have still not received my order and I tried tracking it and there is no information... This is a scam website

They’re Cyber criminals taking money out peoples bank accounts They try to take £37.69 without my permission

Dreadful experience, purchased products in good faith and tried them with no success, tried to return for a refund and have been referred to their debt collection department who harassed me mercilessly. I have paid 75% of the charges just to get them off my back.

Scam don't waste you money the Tebow chair is a waste of 💰 money ask your doctor before you waste your money because many people with different health problems can't use it it's over priced and it's a giant con job doesn't do half of the garbage it claims and lots of older people have to return it because of their health problems and if you are taller than 5 feet tall it's to small it's made for midgets all their adds show woman and men that a short and it costs way more that other chairs that do similar stuff don't waste your time they are nice when you order and disgusting when your not happy and want a refund..do yourself a favour avoid this BS company before you regret it

I purchased the inventus X9 products- vacuum cleaner, mop, storage set and 4 yrs extended warranty making a total of $1,289.97 in Jan 2022. Few weeks down the track, I noticed all product function were not true but just claims. From then till now, it's only been a waste of money, time and space.

Vacuum suction is subpar, mop performance is terrible as it leaves pool of water here and there.
I made a complain about the vacuum lack of suction power as it was not anywhere close to what was displayed in the advertised video with my own supporting video. However, product was returned back to me advising vacuum is in perfect working condition, only need to use the tubo function which I've also tried and did not give any satisfactory result.

I kept on enduring this torture of the product until I noticed the battery started dropping off constantly while in use which became very frustrating and dangerous. Dangerous because of the battery position, weight of the battery and distance to the feet. There was an instance when the battery fell off and landed on my 15 year old's right foot and several near misses.
To cap it all, in January 2023, the motorised power brush snapped off while in use without any external contact.

I made a video of this and reported issue to TV Shop customer care in January and was advised I would be contacted. I was not contacted by anyone until I followed up on it end of June 2023.

I was later contacted on 03/07/23 to be offered a replacement of the motorised head. However, I advised I was not interested in this product any more hence, would like a refund. I was advised to return the product for assessment which I did within a day.

AND THAT WAS WHEN THE STORY CHANGED AND DRAMA STARTED.

I was advised that the warehouse claimef there was no damage to the vacuum and this would be sent back to me so $29.99 was deducted from my account despite categorically advising the agent I spoke with that I do not authorise the payment because I no longer want or need the product.

I was on the phone for over an hour with TVShop customer care and was literally advised to do my worst as the management's decision stands irrespective of my claims, there will not be a refund no mater what.

As of 21/07/23, the customer care representative was confrontational insisting that I keep a useless product with false product claims.

Ordered a Samsung tablet. Been waiting 6 weeks on a 3 week delivery only to find that now the delivery courier's (skyinexpress) tracking number link to the order cannot be reached (ie site unknown). The item should be at the London sorting centre if yesterday's tracking information is anything to go by! Avoid these wise guys at all costs.

Hi I ordered products for my daughters school.ball. when I.asked about the order they said order does not exist. Sent a screenshot from thin lizzy stating that order existed. Told them it was urgent. Then I recieve oh we have your order two days later. Will 14 days to get order. What a joke. Never again

First to all complaining about them not giving you a price here’s a tip google it.. people put the price of a lot of products

Horrible company ordered a vacuum sent me an older model with a scratch took for ever to get refund only when I contacted consumer affairs did they get off their ass and give me a refund there products are usually dodgy at best
