I tried to order the TV smart device. I paid with my credit card and that’s the last I ever heard of them. I haven’t heard anything about no when I’m gonna get it or if they even receive any payment for it or anything, I mean, I pay with the credit card and I haven’t heard anything from i’m beginning to think that was a scam and I’ve been pay my credit card to somebody and I didn’t get any product. I think they just BS me them since And there’s no way I can contact them. What’s the story?

This device does a great job! A great job of identifying people who are not TV Smart and making you unhappy by lowering your bank account balance.

I received message that item is undeliverable? And i have no idea how to contact the company. Looks like i just lost my paid for product.

Total waste of time. I will accept it as my loss. Totally useless, remote control does not work at all even after using different A list batteries. I regret this purchase.

Misleading advertising, ad says get rid of cable. What it doesn't say anywhere in the ad is that you DO NEED TV service of some kind. This is nothing more than an overpriced "Firestick". Unlike Firestick you have to send it back to the manufacturer in China to "request" a refund. Once you open the package to hook it up, that action renders it non-returnable for refund. This is a total waste of time and money if you are looking to ditch the Dish so to speak.

if it sounds too good... investigate. One truth in the ad... the product does not violate any copyright law. That gives it a bit of credibility.

I still haven't received my order which was made on November 27/2024 I have been checking every day since December 7 2024 have no tracking number what seems to be a scam to me now

Thanks to reviews I didn't spend any money on this. As a former hardware technician I enjoy tinkering with new gadgets so I have purchased a lot of stuff over the years. One very rule of thumb is “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”. I hope that you are reading these reviews before you spent any money in this product. Odds are if they are scamming you with a fake product then they plan to scam you out of your refund as well! I try to always read reviews on products that I buy even on well known sites that stand behind everything they sell or promote.

Op 18 oktober bij smart tv een tv smart pro besteld voor 64 euro garantie 4.95 en verzending 3.95 brengt totaal op 72.90.
Via orderverwerking heb ik bericht het ordernummer is 462499.
Heb nooit niets ontvangen en als je probeerd de site te openen wordt je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd geen telefoonnummer er is geen contact mogelijk
Voel me belazerd door een stelletje criminelen.
Ze zijn nu ook al bezig met verwarmingskachels dus ze gaan gewoon door met mensen besodemieteren.
Over de rug van nietsvermoedend consumenten.
Bedriegers zijn het.

Well, it appears I’ve been duped as a customer too. I too followed the instructions fully and the stick absolutely does not allow the customer to break codes like the famous Fire Stick.
I hope all consumers investigate the reviews and take advantage by reading them. I will be writing the State’s Attorney General for support if I cannot get my refund.
I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this product and recommend NO DON’T BUY!!!!!!!!

Item never worked.contacted seller was told to send item back at my expense ( this would have cost £27with customs cost etc) luckily l had paid for the item through PayPal and after raising this problem with them they refunded total amount l paid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND IS CON.

Complete waste of time and money. Does not work. We followed the directions all we got was sent to the sites where we would have to sign up and pay. We wanted just one but of course they sent and charged for two. Even though I contacted them immediately to stop the order their response was it could not be changed Completely useless. Now the impossible task of getting them to respond and refund.

Ook ik stonk erin kreeg niet wat ik had besteld en betaald . Kan het terug sturen naar China voor eigen rekening kosten +/- 50€ bestelde drie Smart-tv stick new model zoals op de site staat kreeg drie maal tv stick
Wel kunnen mailen kreeg dan een soort van standaard mail met een gefingeerde foto en naam alss antwoorrd.
Site ziet er keurig uit, maar volgens mij een grote oplichters bende die zich verschuilen achter van alles.
Bestel hier niks is mijn advies. Rdv.

Glad I went to the reviews first. I am starting to realize that anything sold on or marketed on Tik Tock, Facebook and You Tube s complete Crap!!
For 2025 I wont give it a thought on any of the advertising that streams through ..

I wish I could give them a Zero! You can download apps on the TV smart stick, but you can’t open any of them. This TV stick does not give you any more apps or access than a smart TV. It’s definitely WORTHLESS and if you buy one and it doesn’t work, they want you to pay for it to go back to China. A horrible Purchase!
