Tuza failed to attend a planned meeting.

Was arranged for 3pm today. I took time out of my busy schedule to accommodate following a pushy call by their researcher. No call. No contact. No response.

Awful experience. Would not recommend

Application wasn't accepted by card provider but I was mistakently charged £15 a month by Tuza for 6 months. Within 30 mins of emailing them it was resolved. Thank you Olivia / Liz

Jared was very helpful and patient with my not ending questions.

Wicked experience with Shaz. Saved me a fortune, would highly recommend to any small business looking for no-nonsense and total game-changer card payments

Ron came in from Tuza and went through various offers with us, we went through the statement of my previous supplier to see if we would make savings. We made huge savings. Ron even came back to help us setup the new machines. I would highly recommend Tuza to find the best rates in the market.
