Used the European website and still ended up paying €13 in taxes after already paying over €8 for shipping .. that’s over €20 before I’ve even paid for my order… ridiculous

Hi Trina, We understand that these charges are annoying AND apologise for the taxes you paid, unfortunately customs charges and duties are calculated at the Country's Customs Department and we do not calculate or charge these.
Whilst this is a great bralette
Whilst this is a great bralette, I ordered the red and got delivered the cerise. I think this was cheeky and I should have been notified. I have not returned it because the colour is fine, but it was rather underhand.It makes me think twice about ordering from Tutti Rouge again.

Hi Ruth, We only have the Beccs in one colour on the website Beccs is listed as 'Very Cherry' however the tags do say Cerise, this is because we changed the colours name to make it more funky but I can confirm you have received the colour you ordered 😀

Product is lovely, customs charges less so
Product is lovely. Staff are professional and nice. Unfortunately customs charges for shipments to Ireland make this more expensive than the cost of goods and shipment.

Disappointed…
Did not think the products were supportive enough for larger breasts, one of the items sent was not what I ordered and no instructions on how to return items. Overall disappointed and praying I get my money back.
