Tutoring At Its Best Omdömen

Rishi has been supporting me in my Economics A level course. The sessions are great. They are fun and engaging. I've learnt a lot from Rishi and I am improving my knowledge of economics hugely thanks to him. It is all going great and I hope to continue these sessions.

Rishi prepared me for my Oxford Computer Science Interview. The mock interviews with Rishi have helped me immensely in my preparation for my interviews. There was a perfect balance between practice questions / discussions, feedback and general tips- not only for the content of my answers, but also for their structure and wording. Rishi is enthusiastic and encouraging, and I would recommend booking sessions with him to anyone preparing for their Computer Science interviews.

Mr Bagga was very professional in his dealings with the students and they really benefited from his expert subject knowledge, patience and thoughtful lessons.

Rishi Supported me with my Personal Statement
in applying for UCL, Southampton, Warwick, Nottingham. He provided good guidance on writing the a PS, helped write a PS that encompasses everything I wanted to convey in a word efficient manner, whilst providing rich details. Very solid PS.
I would recommend Rishi.

Rishi Bagga supported me in my TMUA preparation. He was able to breakdown questions, in ways that made it easier to understand, he was able to understand the point where I got to in a solution and offer alternative pathways, so that I could solve the problem.

I would recommend Rishi, his approach and thought process, when it came to tackling questions, made me think of how I can modify my methods, so that I can get to the answer in a more effective way.

Rishi Bagga supported me in my ESAT preparation. I was being helped with ESAT preparation specifically for the Mathematics 2 section, I feel a lot more comfortable with the questions now as Rishi helped me break the questions into manageable parts. He was very helpful with explaining and making sure, I understood questions before moving on.

Rishi Bagga supported me for ESAT. He tailored the support to what I was struggling with the most and it was really helpful to be able to talk through the answers to questions and get detailed explanations.

Would you recommend: Yes.

Personal statement Support for LSE and Imperial:

Rishi takes the time to get to know your ambitions and achievements before highlighting them in your personal statement, always seeking for the best way to showcase them. I enjoyed the idea of exploring exactly why I want to do the course that I want to do, and being able to show it in the introduction and throughout the whole personal statement.

I would recommend Rishi as he was able to immensely improve my personal statement for UCAS

Rishi Bagga has been supporting me for my Computer Science Personal Statement. I have received a huge amount of really high quality one-on-one support with my personal statement. I feel that the value of my super-curriculars has been boosted by the support given and I have maximised the quality of my personal statement based on the activities I did.

The recommendations on rewriting certain sections, specifically on fine details such as wording was the most useful for me because it is something I struggled to do myself and the recommendations were always excellent.

Would you recommend sessions: Yes absolutely, I think if someone wants to make the personal statement the best they can from what they’ve done, the sessions are more than worthwhile.

Rishi supported me in my TMUA preparation. What I liked about the sessions was that we did a few problems together where we, after I gave the question an attempt, solved it together and went through the process of achieving the right answer. Furthermore I like having a set amount of time, for instance 20 min, to complete as many questions as possible as i believe that completing questions under time pressure is a very important part of the preparation process. I would also like to continue to go through the shortcuts that i could employ on the test as I believe that sometimes I overthink the question and make it harder than it is.

I am a year 8 student at Harrow International School in HK. Rishi went through a lot of questions and I learnt lots of new things, for example the python question involving shapes, social engineering and cyber security.

Whenever I have a query about something, I have no problem asking Mr Rishi. I also always get the right response from my question.

Rishi has been supporting me for my UKiset examination. I showed a great improvement from when I started with the UKiset by not understanding any of the questions to understanding most of them. My tutor Rishi gave me many excellent sessions and realistic exam papers to work on, which were really helpful and made me improve a lot.

I enjoyed seeing myself improve throughout the sessions and how I tried my best in every document. I also enjoyed the non-verbal reasoning compared to the verbal, mathematics, and english, because it is revealing to find the answer and know that it is correct.

In general, these sessions have made me improve a lot through mathematics, my english vocabulary, and my verbal and non-verbal skills.

Mr Rishi supported me in my Finance/Accounting Personal statement. It helped me better understand what a personal statement includes, not only theoretically, but I also received examples from other students. The lessons are engaging and insightful, effectively helping me to improve my personal statement.

A really good tutor.
Very good communication with me and my daughter.
I higher recommend him.

I have been using these service to aid with my Personal Statement for Kings College London for the course Mathematics with management and finance

One of the many things which I believed to go well with Rishi is how I would write the core content of the essay and Rishi would alter parts of it in order to apply it to the skills necessary in the course I am applying for. I find the feedback that I get helps me understand better of what to write and how to write it.

I feel I have been able to connect experiences to my course far more effectively. I also believe that I have improved in expanding ideas and being able to talk about them more confidently.

First year Business at University of Bath

The lessons we have had have gone really well. I understand we started with not long to go but I feel I have learnt a lot.
The format of lesson where I did a question and we went through it together, I felt was the most effective. Also when I do get wrong it was really helpful not only to get a spoken explanation but also a written down one. For me personally model answers really help, especially if they are laid in a simple way. Overall i was very happy with the lessons, and despite my frustrations at myself, you remained calm and encouraging which I really appreciated. If the exam goes well tomorrow, I will have you to thank! Thank you Rishi!

Rishi has been preparing me for my Undergraduate University of Leicester Year 2 upcoming exam- Economics and Accounting. The series of practice questions with space to ask questions and run through answers when stuck has been very well done. Deep questioning with a bank on all topics. Rishis teaching style is very thorough in worked examples / corrections to incorrect work. Well prepared lessons plan but still able to improvise with new content / topics brought to sessions.

Rishi has been teaching me maths for the past year or so. He has been preparing me for Year 9, Radley College, Oxford. He has helped me in the parts of maths that i struggle with from Algebra word problems to trigonometry and more complex math topics. Seeing how through the sessions, I have been improving noticeably well.

Topic: Economics
Level: A-Level

Rishi Bagga supported me in my A level Economics Course. I found the sessions where we reviewed different topics very helpful as I learned about each topic in much more detail than in class. I was presented with practice questions after we went over the topic to test my knowledge.

I believe the sessions where we went over macroeconomic policies (fiscal and monetary) went well and were the highlight of my learning.

I am an IGCSE student living in Riyadh and in the small amount of lessons I have take they have not only been productive but extremely effective. I have been able to strengthen my exam skills in order to help maximize the number of marks. I recommend to anyone studying the ICT course at and IGCSE level.
