Madeline provided me with a detailed plan of attack setting goals . It gave me great insight on how my journey to spanish will be accomplished. She is very patient and encouraging. I am looking forward to my learning experience with her.

I’ve had a great experience with Tutor Hero. The platform is very easy to use, and scheduling sessions has been simple and convenient. The tutors we’ve worked with have all been excellent—kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful.

I have a 6th grader, and the personalized support has really made a difference. The tutors explain concepts clearly, encourage confidence, and make learning a positive experience. I highly recommend Tutor Hero to any parent looking for quality academic support for their child.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent experience. I initially contacted Tutor Hero because my son was falling behind in both math and reading. Since he is bilingual, it was quite difficult to find a tutor who spoke both Spanish and English. We were promised by Tutor Hero that they would find someone and we did wait a few weeks but luckily we were able to successfully match with Kristina. she has been amazing and is working wonderfully with my son. While he still has areas that need improvement, I am confident that with our combined efforts and her continued support, he will reach his academic goals.

My daughter has had only one tutor session at this time. Tutor accommodated to needs. Communication by customer service was also a good experience.

Max is a keeper for you guys. He is the nicest person, comes prepared, and very much knows his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone i know who needs help navigating computers. "A" grade from me.

Samuel is the most amazing teacher I’ve ever had. He makes learning French fun. Samuel is well prepared and patient. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Ernesto went above and beyond to help my kiddo succeed. They were patient, explained concepts clearly, and always took the time to answer my questions. Their support and encouragement made a big difference in his confidence and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor.

Tutor Stephanie is very good, she’s thorough, breaks things down for my daughter to help her understand everything, step by step.

Lydia has been the best tutor; not only has she help my daughter with Spanish and math, she has given her testing tips and confidence that she could get her grades up. My only regret was not getting a tutor sooner than we did. Thank you Lydia!

Devin-Rose is an absolute gem! She is interactive, and makes learning fun! Absolutely goes above and beyond every time by creating games and keeping her up and moving and engaged. My 7 year old waits at the door for her lesson. I’m just so pleased with the level of teaching. She is personable and great with kids. I’m so happy we were matched with her! The company’s communication has been good as well, however, they are lucky to have her for sure!

Gabriela is a great Spanish tutor and works well with young children. She is always on time and comes to work with a smile. Everything is going well to date!

Wilson was a fantastic customer service professional. He listened and responded directly to my concerns. I was very impressed by him.

I’ll be reporting Tutor Hero to the BBB. They were persistent at calling us to confirm we wanted tutoring and then made us prepay for a month of tutoring in advance with a promise that a tutor would reach out to us within a few days (they actually stated the day we would hear back by) Well no one ever reached out. I messaged the company that we hadn’t heard from anyone, and they didn’t respond. I had to directly call the company to find out what was going on. They said they were still to waiting to hear back from tutors. So they had us prepay before actually knowing if they had a tutor available. That’s a scam in my book. I understand paying a committed tutor in advance.. But paying for empty promises?. No thanks. Our granddaughter is really struggling in school and was actually excited to start tutoring. Now we will look elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff here in the northeast region - both with tutor set-up and the administrative offices.
They worked vigilantly to find me a local tutor. Danish isn't easy to fulfill and a virtual option was available but not suitable or me because I don't have a desktop. Nevertheless, I was extremely impressed with the personalized attention to detail and prompt responses. I was fully reimbursed without any challenges or issues. I was extremely grateful to always reach a live person. I know as a former ESL teacher that tutor experiences can be rough, but I felt confident that their tutors and methods were efficient for language learning. I recommend Totor Hero as a platform for those needing more than AI or virtual teachers.

They really work with you in finding the perfect fit for you time and Children needs. They are constantly checking in making sure everything is going well. Really recommended them.

We tried two other tutor services prior to this. Both were unsuccessful in reaching my child's potential math wise. Steve's tutoring enabled my daughter to achieve 200 points higher on her sat and psa tests. She was accepted at FSU! I credit Steve and his unique one on one training as the catalyst to her success!!!
