The Turquoise Holiday Company Omdömen

Wow, what a fantastic holiday. Grenada is a beautiful island with friendly people. Spice Island Resort was superb, stunning location and ALL staff exceptional. Would recommend upper floor Oleander Suites. Highlight of our holiday Royan Smith of Bonanza Stables. Our daughter rode with him most days and the boys trekked to the waterfall with him. Cheaper than other tour operators and a great guy!

Mandy is the most amazing lady very caring and knowledgeable about her job could not have done more.

Fantastic service from Nick. Gave us multiple options of resorts, listened to our preferences, booked everything we wanted. Check in call before we flew and follow up check in when we returned. Would definitely use again.

Cracking break at Dhigali and first class service.

Excellent organisation to ensure a seamless experience on our 3-centre tour of Sri Lanka. The hotels and countryside were beautiful - very diverse and a real surprise, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff - including our lovely driver.
I would definitely recommend this as a holiday for anyone seeking a bit of adventure, including safari, ancient ruins and the glorious Indian Ocean.

Speedy helpful advice from Nick on a rather last minute holiday.

Have booked a couple of times through turquoise and the stay has always been great. Transfers and flights all sorted and the most beautiful hotels. Great communication before during and after and would definitely recommend.

Great service throughout by Chloe and her Team, all went to plan and we had a great break in Thailand. This is the second time we have used them and we are very happy with the recommendations they gave us.

I booked my holiday to the Maldives with Bethany
Not only did she have great personal knowledge of where I was going to be staying and she gave me some really helpful tips too
I got a very reasonable price and a very helpful non pushy seamless booking
After booking I used their concierge service and a very helpful lady called Bella was on hand to help me with anything I needed
I thought turquoise holidays were very professional and will be definitely be using them again

From start to finish booking with Turquoise has been first class. I would throughly recommend using this company ,l will again when booking another holiday.
I was kept up to date along the way, help me with choices and gave good advice.
The holiday it’s self was just perfection ,transport and guide services.
Special mention to Mac our guide in Bangkok ,we would have been lost without him, he was great fun.
The hotel choices first class.
Looking forward to my next travels with this company. What other firm calls you up after the holiday to make sure all had gone to plan.Thank you Sophie and your team.
Best wishes Gail and Mandy.

Great service. I rang confused by all the options for the Maldives and was immediately offered exactly what I wanted, and the resorts were exactly as described - wonderful.

Great holiday, excellent service!

We used Turquoise to book a magical trip to Kenya for myself and my 11 year old son. I had a fairly specific idea in mind and Alessandra could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. It was a big thing for us and she put my mind at rest. We had a magical time and felt very well looked after and planned for - everything was way beyond our expectations! I have already recommended Turquoise to a few friends and anyone who wants to listen. I do hope that one day we'll be able to book something with you again. Thank you so much!

We have returned from an unforgettable trip to South Africa. Jonty's help with booking the itinerary
with his knowledge of the country was amazing from start to finish. He advised a safari in Madekwe that met all our wishes. Then Cape Town,Hermanus and Franschhoek.
All the hotels he suggested were beyond our expectations, as was the holiday.
Turquoise Holidays made this a trip filled with amazing memories and would recommend anyone to book their trip with them
Thank you Jonty

Stuart is great, I strongly recommend this company.

As always a wonderful holiday expertly organised by Turquoise, sourcing the perfect holiday which ran seamlessly. We would highly recommend them.

I have used Turquoise a few times to book our trips and have been really happy each time.
We had a few issues on this latest trip culminating in my daughter being quite seriously ill in hospital in Zanzibar. As a result our return journey had to be rearranged at the last minute as our insurance company weren’t playing ball.
I was so very lucky as Sue ( the managing directors wife) took matters in hand to get things sorted out for us, working late into the night. She got us home as quickly as possible once my daughter had been discharged from hospital.
Thankyou ! So pleased to have booked with this company !

In the planning stage for my trip to New Zealand I asked four different companies for their suggestions for my itinerary. The Turquoise Holiday Company came up trumps. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable, this made a big difference to my experience.

My trip app was excellent, with everything I needed in one place. I loved the weather section and the restaurant recommendations were extremely useful.

Some of the drive times between my stops were optimistic as there were numerous roadworks in the area around Kaikoura, Blenheim and Nelson. This made my drives longer than expected.

When some of my tours and experiences were cancelled due to road closures and weather conditions I received prompt notification of the fact.

I would definitely recommend the Turquoise Holiday Company for a tailor made trip. I will be contacting them next time I go to Australaisia.

Customer oriented, friendly approach and provide excellent support through the trip

We had the most incredible honeymoon, organised by the wonderful Martha. We went to Mauritius and South Africa, staying at Lux le Morne, Constance Prince Maurice, and Marataba Mountain Lodge. Every hotel was beautiful and we got such special treatment for being on our honeymoon. Our transfers were seamless and comfortable. I would definitely recommend using Turquoise to book your special holiday. An extra touch was having Bella, Turquoise’s concierge, to book all of our restaurants, spa treatments, and excursions. We didn’t have to worry about any of the organising or finding a hotel we would love, as we completely trusted Martha to pick the hotels based on our wishes. Highly highly recommend!
