They couldn’t get the pictures to even…

They couldn’t get the pictures to even look like me and my boyfriend. It’s like they used AI and then wouldn’t even try to fix it to look correct. After ten attempts to correct it they wouldn’t refund me my money and tried charging me 20% with no actual product delivered. Their customer service is ridiculous and I disputed with my credit card company. Don’t ever use this company

Terrible quality and poor customer support

Ordered a portrait. I dont check my email everyday. I was about 6 hours late for reviewing proof. They automatically sent it off. It is some of the worst work I have ever seen. How they thought it was acceptable to send on is beyond me. I tried to get them to halt it but they said it was sent on nothing they could do. Avoid this company at all costs.

My boyfriend ordered this as a gift for…

My boyfriend ordered this as a gift for me before Christmas (now February) still no order. Very bad customer service. One hundred dollar order now asking for a refund. Good luck getting your order but certainly they do not care about customer service. Don’t bother ordering with this company.

I ordered a portrait in early DECEMBER

I ordered a portrait in early DECEMBER. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Today is January 24 and I still haven’t received it. I have asked for a refund and I was told that they would refund 80% because of the artists work. I responded by saying that if I didn’t receive the portrait than I shouldn’t be charged..

I've used their service three times now…

I've used their service three times now and the first time went well but the second and third time they never sent a preview and the pictures were pretty terrible and did not match the pictures that I sent them. They were unwilling to fix the pictures even though I pointed out how unlike the original it was then they charged me extra for a replacement picture. I wouldn't recommend using them

If you don't completely like it, don't accept it!

I ordered a picture of my son and daughter-in-law last year for their birthdays. The picture of my son turned out great, but my daughter-in-law looked terrible and I still can't figure out why they couldn't make her look like her picture. I thought I was being too picky, and after several exchanges, ran out of time to ask for more revisions. They seem to like it well enough, but visiting this year I found it stashed in the garage. Turns out she hated it too. I never should have accepted the order (or just had her painted out of the picture.

Quality it inconsistent- never know what you get- not worth the price

I liked the first two i ordered but the quality on the third, even after asking for many revisions, was terrible. They never changed anything and the painting gift was a total bust. I let them know I was disappointed and the customer service was not up to par either. I will not be purchasing from them anymore.

You would think after all this it would have shown up perfect. Not a chance. The box was damaged and so was the picture. Of course it was! That brings us to 0 stars! Thank you for screwing up my granddaughters Christmas but at least you're reviewing what happened so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Unfreaking believable! 5 to 10 days advertisement is bs! It will be 28 days if I even get it by the date given me. Customer service is bs! I recieved no tracking number until I wanted to cancel. And then it was a computer generated auto-response telling me I should have recieved a tracking number. You're right, I SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED IT! I will post a review of the final product if and when I recieve it. It may well go from 1 star to 0 stars if the pattern continues. Have a nice day

AVOID

I approved the proof on December 8th and was told 10-12 days. Actually it turns out it will MISS CHRISTMAS despite being assured it would arrive on time. it will take 22 days. And what’s worse? It looks like my order just sat there. They should have expedited the shipping or at least allowed me a chance to expedite it so it arrived on time. What was supposed to be a joyful order for Christmas has been a complete hassle and inconvenience. Will never deal with again and I would caution anyone else from ordering as well.

I have not received a confirmation from them or any communication whatsoever. I have paid for the portrait, but I'm unable to get any answers. I'm about to dispute charges. All I'm asking for is a response, confirmation number, order number, anything............ It's very frustrating.

Overpromise and Underdeliver

Ordered as a Xmas present in November. They sent a firat draft that was totally unacceptable. Looked like it was an elementary school art project. They managed to make it okay. But then no word. With Christmas a week away, I wrote them and asked the status. I was then told it was "lost in shipping." A replacement would be sent, after Christmas. When I pointed out they never provided a shipping number, they then provided a UPS tracking number. The tracking number stated that UPS never received it. How can the shipper lose something they never received? Something is not right with this company.

I am so impressed by your team's focus on customer service.

My friend (the giftee) was unhappy with how he looked. Now, I absolutely disagree with him (I love it!), but it is he who needs to like it.

After several revisions, your team put together a picture my friend adores.

I want to thank your team's diligence and patience to make this perfect for my best friend.

Please recognize the artist Athena and the very kind and helpful administrator, Eleanor Z.

Your focus on customer service is exemplary, and I want the firm to understand what assets they have in Eleanor Z. and Athena.

If I could give no stars I would

I purchased a canvas before from this company and loved it. This past order I only received a confirmation email and no other notifications. I gave it a few days as it is the holiday season so it may take a little longer to receive a preview. When I got an email back it stated my order already shipped as I did not approve the preview. When informing the company that I didn’t get any emails regarding my order whatsoever they said on their end it shows I did and that I may have been unsubscribed from receiving emails so that’s why I didn’t get emails to approve or a notification of it already shipped. I asked for a refund and offered to ship the canvas back to them but the response I got was they will remake my order for a $25 fee. Instead of refunding me, even partially they want to charge me for my dissatisfaction. The return policy of the website says if I received my portrait and am not 100% satisfied it can be returned for a refund in 30 days and to contact them for a return address. This was not even an option disclosed after reaching out originally and requesting a refund. Be mindful when you order from here.

Poor quality, borderline AI slop. Poor customer service.

The first copy they sent me was terrible. It had been ran through an AI program and looked nothing like him. The eyes were weird and he had too many teeth. It felt very rushed and looked sloppy at best. The revision is better, but still looks off. Like they just decreased the amount of AI used.
I purchased a digital-only option and had major issues trying to download it. Could not download it on my phone, but was successful after downloading a program on my laptop. When I emailed them about the issue originally, they sent no information but the same link that would not work. In hindsight, I would not buy from them again. I’m sure I could do better myself.
