Be careful with this website. They offer basically the service of applying for the visa on your behalf and charge you an amount beyond the normal fees. i have been charged 96usd for the service.
The visa seems to be a valid visa because i checked the status with the reference number and it was recognized by the system.
So basically the issue is that they mislead people by almost looking like the official website of the Turkish MFA.
By reading you initially i concluded that it was a scam and made a new request on the official website, but it turns out that the initial visa was a genuine and true visa. So i ended having 2 visas :-)
So i am wondering it is a scam or just a private service provider misleading people and making the application on their behalf and charge a big service fee.

I’m leaving this review to share my personal experience so others can make an informed choice.

I applied for a Turkey visa through this company, not realising I was on a third-party site rather than the official government portal. The fee I was charged was significantly higher than the standard visa cost, so I contacted them to ask about the pricing and a possible refund.

What I received in return was the most aggressive and unprofessional customer service response I’ve ever experienced. Here is the exact message they sent me, word-for-word, so readers can judge for themselves:

“Dear Applicant,

Our service is not free. We are not your slaves or your unpaid employees.

We will forward your messages to our company lawyer in order to file a criminal complaint against you to the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office due to your insults and threats.

We do not provide any misinformation. We do not mislead people. We have never claimed to be a "Government". We never said that we were "a government site". This is clearly evident from our service agreement, which you read and approved before applying.

We have provided you with a service and you are requesting a refund for that service. You request a refund from us for the service we provided to you in return for our labor.
We will definitely not issue any refunds. In addition, if you have any official refund request, since this will constitute the crime of "Qualified Fraud" according to Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code, we will file a criminal complaint against you to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office if we receive any official refund request.

You can file a complaint wherever you want. However, you cannot insult us by calling us "scammers". For this reason, a separate criminal complaint will be filed against you for the crime of insult.

If you found our service expensive, you shouldn't have paid. No one held a gun to your head and forced you to pay. We didn't cheat on you. We didn't mislead you.

You have applied with your own consent, knowingly and willingly, by reading and approving our service agreement. Now you are trying to defraud us by asking us to refund the money we received for our labor.
Necessary information has been provided to our legal department regarding the issue.
Insulting and slandering is a crime and punishable according to the Turkish Penal Code.

There is no misleading information anywhere on our site that will create a misleading perception as if we are a government site. We have never made such a claim. We are a private company. (If you have such a perception, it is due to your carelessness.) This situation is clearly stated in the service contract you have read and approved before applying.

Your approved visa and service contract have been sent to you by email and SMS.
We remind you that you apply with your own free will and make your payment of your own free will. No one extorted a fee from your side.

Our service has been completed perfectly and your visa has been approved and sent to you with the information you provided in the visa application form.

All your information is stored as a requirement of our service contract and will be shared with relevant authorities if any refund request receive.

It is stored for submission to the relevant authorities in case you initiate any officially refund request.

You will not be refunded in definitely any way.

This reply speaks for itself. I’m not making any accusations — I’m simply sharing the communication I personally received and the experience I had.

For anyone considering using this service, I recommend double-checking that you are on the official Turkish government website (evisa.gov.tr) and comparing fees before applying. My experience was expensive and unnecessarily hostile. Hopefully this helps others.

This site is a scam. I do not know why they pop up at first. By just typing how to apply for e visa. Please report them massively.

Stay away of these scammers , they charge me $189 for visa that cost only $60 .

SCAMMER. AVOID AT ALL COST

This website is a scam! They've designed their site to closely mimic the official Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, from the form submission process to the point where it starts to process your application. As a South African, I can confirm that there are no fees for applying for a Turkish e-visa and the visa is granted immediately. However, this website tries to charge you for it. Their customer support consists of automated messages with no option to speak to a real person.

I strongly recommend using the official e-visa and sticker visa links provided on the Turkish government’s website (mfa.gov.tr) instead of this fraudulent site. They deceive you by using the .org.tr domain, making it seem legitimate, but it is not.

Please avoid this site at all costs! I am shocked that it is even listed as a sponsored result on Google.

UPDATE: They've emailed me asking for my personal details in order to speak with me, but I will not be complying! If they're truly legitimate, as they claim, then why do their phone lines just play a repetitive message with no option to speak to a representative (if there is one)? Why haven’t they addressed their legitimacy in response to this review? And why is there a fake star-shaped Ministry of Foreign Affairs affiliate logo in the footer of their page? The real MFR logo has the moon and star from the national flag, along with a round gold emblem, not a gold star. Why are they using the same interface as DTV Consultancy for processing applications? They're clearly scammers, so beware! DO NOT USE THEM! Also, they don’t offer a standard service and try to use the excuse of "peak season" to scam customers for extra money. ONCE AGAIN, BE WARNED, DO NOT USE THEM! REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE GIVING THEM SENSITIVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR AND YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENT INCLUDING YOUR CARD NUMBERS. I have pictures to prove how they deceive people into thinking they're legitimate, I don't have the option to upload them on here for some reason.

Bloody scammers.

$149 for a tourist visa for my wife. Don’t know if I’ve been fully scammed yet!

Tried master card debit and credit
Contacted them through the contact us button more than 20 times
Always giving automated answers not human replies

Tried card from country that issued my passport

Tried on laptop , desktop, tablet, phone, android, safari, chrome ….

Nothing seems to work

I with my wife and four kids have planed to visit Turkey for our children's summer school holidays and pass few days of our vocations in Turkey. We all the family have residence permit in one of the Schengen countries. I applied at the Turkish consulate for Turkish visa, they told me that we can simply get e-visa and fly to Turkey. as we arrived at the Istanbul airport with a evisa, unfortunately our children were denied to get entry into Turkey by the Turkish immigration authorities at Istanbul airport. Because they did not accept my children's residence permit in digital form. Although we had all necessary documents and entry requirement for a evisa, they refused to get us give my children entry and their reaction with our children were really disappointing and un-human and against all human rights explanations specially for children and freedom of movement. We had one of the worst experience of our life at the Istanbul airport, they put our children under detention without food, water and other basic life necessities at the Istanbul international airport, they treated like worse then animals and the next day we were sent back to our country of residence. If dont have a Western countries citizenship think twice before you get a Turkish evisa and travel there, they won't respect you at the airport and they will treat you with a sort of racism and discrimination.

This website is a scam , i have unknowingly applied though them as i though it was gov website , they charged me 122$ where the actual fees for it was 43$ from gov, when asked they said they provide extra care , this is not true , they don't provide anything by charging more than 3 times of the actual fees. I have been scammed , other please don't apply through them , there is a easy way on Turkish gov website evisa.gov.tr, and they also have fake reviews of 5*s , if you carefully check them most of the names repeat and locations are very random , like a USA citizen who doesn't even need a visa :)

Trying to overcharge for visas, for countries that don’t require visas they try trick you that you need an insurance to enter the country and try to sell one that’s overpriced. Insurance is recommended but NOT mandatory to enter Turkey.

They overcharged me for an e-Visa yet my country is exempted from paying for an e-Visa, such a scam and liars

Scam company.
They mimic main visa webpage and take huge sum of money. It is a scam. I paid 100 for processing alone. Avoid and be careful.

They charged me $193!!!! For a visa that only costs $50 upon arrival. !! They did not disclose the fee and then they refused to refund me the full amount! Customer service agents gave me the run around over and over. AVOID!!! HUGE SCAM!!!!!

They again want to trick me and want me to delete my review. IT IS SCAM COMPANY

The quick response time and prompt handling of my emails was truly appreciated. It's not always easy to come by this level of efficiency with other service providers. The visa application process was smooth and trouble-free from start to finish.

Its a scam! Contacted Turkey consulate they confirmed my suspisions after they booked $178 USD from my visa and not there listed $75 USD

Consulate said it had been reported and is a scam a Turkey visa costs $60 USD nothing more! Also NO health certificate is required they wanted another $39 USD

I am not getting any responce to get money back.

which I got direct from Consulate.

Update - Email refund granted upto 10days before funds arrive. Got in quick minutes before they'd been processed. Hear that others aren't so lucky by claiming they do the same and they win. Theusual mark up 300%
