Excellent Service start to finish. I ordered a complete filter kit for my Ram 2500. The price was great, my order came super fast, and their customer service answered my questions quickly. Very impressed with this company. I had never used them before, but they earned a loyal customer from now on.

We had a rep, Andrew, come last week to have a look at our over-the-stove microwave. We were prepared to purchase a new one for installation if it couldn't be fixed. Forunately Andrew was able to quickly diagnos the problem a replace the needed part (just a fuse).

Andrew was polite and courteous and explained us through the process while working. We saved the cost of a new unit and installation, thank you!

We hightly recommend anyone having appliance issues calling Turbo Tech before replacement.

Place is a sham!! They take your money right away but never ship your order! Been almost a month now and still no order!! No response to emails or phone messages! Don’t order from them!

What should have fit our small truck fleet didn't and cannot get in touch with anyone anyway to get the right filters
I was hoping this company could supply our small fleet of 10 vehicles but no way.
I'd rather spend more and buy local.
Bad way to build a relationship for ongoing business.

Ordered parts never received confirmation email of order or tracking number but they took the money out of my account instantly and never responded to emails and there so called customer service line is a joke no one answered and it's a fake robot voice mail .. CAUTION DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They gave me a ship date and USPS tracking number, based on creating a shipping label. USPS never received a package. Yet they texted me "Rest assured. Your package is on its way. " Google Maps shows no such company in Woodbridge VA. Worst case scenario I can contest the charge with my credit card company.

Never got my order. Customer service is non existent. Have called and emailed. They provided a tracking number on the date of purchase. Nothing has shipped, nothing has been delivered it’s been 2 weeks since order has been placed.

The parts I ordered were exactly as appeared on the website. They were delivered very quickly. Nothing was damaged and they were packed very well in their delivery boxes.

I placed my order with you two weeks ago and you have not shipped it yet! Please tell me how to cancel my order and get a refund.

My order was placed on January 7th and I got a tracking number on the 8th. It’s now the 19th and my order has not shipped. They were very quick to take my money. I emailed them and they said due to weather in Dallas it was delayed which is total crap. Their website says shipping would be delayed by two days not 11 or more. I can’t review the product because I don’t have it.

This item was very well priced compared to other vendors. It arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Turbotech again.
