Great service. Our product needed to undergo compliance testing, and while requesting quotes, we contacted several suppliers in China. Many of them told us that the certification process would be too complicated. Tuofa was different. Their salesperson took the time to understand the requirements and carefully discussed the process with us. They even helped us compare whether it would be more practical to complete the testing locally in Spain or have it done in China. Their support made the process much clearer and was very helpful.

Simplifying non-critical corner geometry can often reduce machining time without affecting the part's function, which is particularly useful in rapid prototyping and low-volume production. We changed suppliers because our costs had increased. Tuofa truly helped us reduce costs from a manufacturing perspective, and their suggestions were very professional. That made us feel more confident. There was a small issue with one batch of parts during shipping last time, but they did not avoid the problem. They explained that they would improve the packaging protection and internal fixing later, such as using foam layers or wrapping the parts again with white paper. For us, this is the kind of supplier that is suitable for long-term cooperation.
