The product is exactly as described. Customer service was extremely fast and very helpful. I highly recommend this product! These guys are great!

Everything went wrong. Nothing went right. Timeframe was extremely long to receive parts. Lots of excuses on why. When I actually got everything. The exhaust pipe was not long enough. I had to make my own coolant hose. The one sent was short. The instructions were incorrect. The last box I received was empty. I still don’t know what was supposed to be in it. I got a piece that said the contents may have been separated from this box.

One star is generous. Got all of my equipment in a relatively small amount of time. A little over a week. Seems more like a dollar general kind of company. At 1st glance they seem legit
They sent me the wrong exhaust. When contacted they got my vin which they already had. They said it should fit however Delete Depot had the same specs with the right exhaust. They said it was my responsibility to make sure it was the right exhaust. That’s what I paid 2200.00 for. You are supposed to be the expert. Basically they just buy everything and up charge the customer with no accountability. I even offered to purchase what I needed. Horrible company

every single piece of of the exhaust was bent in both ends i was missing two clamps and one broke

My EGR delete pipe was delivered to me with many blemishes that affected the appearance and the inability to function properly. I emailed them, and they told me to install it anyways and if it didn’t function properly they would send me a new one. Installing this EGR pipe is not an easy job on a Ford 6.4 diesel. I asked them if I could return it, but Tuner Depot ignored all my requests. Not a happy customer .

I ordered a Mini Max Tuner and wanted to return it . They told me I would be charged a large restock fee and return label fee. A rip off. Beware of ordering. The MiniMax Tuner see info below:
The original H&S Performance company, which manufactured the popular Mini Maxx diesel tuners, went out of business over a decade ago (around 2013-2014) following EPA enforcement regarding emission tampering. While original units exist, they are no longer supported, and new products sold as "Mini Maxx V2" are considered Chinese copies or different entities.
Original H&S Mini Maxx: Defunct since ~2013.
Mini Maxx V2/Clones: Marketed online, but often labeled as non-authorized, "scams," or simply older, unsupported technology rebranded.
Support: No official manufacturer support exists. Used units are often VIN-locked and require specific procedures to unlock.
It is highly advised to exercise caution if considering purchasing these units, as they often lack authorized support or warranties.
Are you having issues with an existing tuner, or were you looking to buy a new one?
I have yet to hear what exactly return charge is!

Customer service was fantastic

Received everything on time, ONLY FYI, if you order the full exhaust like I did down back they DO NOT INCLUDE THE FLANGE. So heads up.
Otherwise great experience

Stay away these people LIE and are unresponsive once they get your money stay far away

we have used tuner depot for a while, this time they never mentioned that the truck would have to be fully repaired prior to removing the def system, only after we paid, nowhere on the site does it say this, so im out another $3500 to fix my truck then i can remove the def and throw away the brand new parts, no thanks, our business in concluded

Truck runs great only issue I have is the tail pipe came dented right at the end and it’s so noticeable

Ordered the complete kit over the phone because I had questions and the gentleman who sold it to me was very helpful. Bought the product. It came very quick. Everything installed as it should. I had a little problem with the programming like there always is and the tech support was awesome to deal with. Anybody that installs kits knows how important it is to have good people backing their product and that will actually get back to you. These guys are excellent. They help me figure it out. It was not a problem with the product, just a glitch in the system I guess. I would definitely recommend anybody that is going to do a delete or performance enhancement to definitely trust these guys. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a turbo-back exhaust based on the product description and photos, which showed OEM hanger configuration. What I received was materially different and required modification to properly install the system.
The most frustrating part was not the product issue itself, but the customer service. Every response I received was a variation of “the system is correct and complete as designed,” without ever addressing the actual issue. My questions about functional support, compatibility with OEM hangers, and reasonable solutions were met with repetitive, circular responses that did nothing to solve the issue. Rather than working toward a realistic fix, such as supplying the appropriate hanger, their customer service simply dismissed the issue and repeated the same explanation over and over.
If you have an issue that requires more than a canned response, don’t expect meaningful support. Based on my experience, Tunerdepot shows little interest in standing behind what they advertise once the sale is complete.

The exhaust sounds awesome and was relatively easy to install.

Works as advertised, tune was easy to load, exhaust is high quality and truck runs better. The factory boost gage does work!

The tune itself went fine. However it's throwing a p04e3 code and I haven't been able to get it resolved. This is on a 2016 f250 6.7
I downloaded the updated version and installed without success. Seems they should have sent the tune already updated.
