We had shutters installed in our last house by TW Shutters and having recently moved home we didn't hesitate to use them again. Can't recommend Steve and Ian and the team more. The work is fantastic and they have transformed our home.

Absolutely Top Class.
Polite, helpful and extremely efficient. Shutters supplied and fitted, 3 months before quote from well known competitor….at a much better price. Quality of installation is absolutely top class. No mess whatsoever. Shutters are exactly the same as those supplied by aforementioned well known supplier…and the fit and finish is superior. I will definitely be using them again.

Perfect fit, amazing service.
We spent a long time deciding on which company to use for our shutters. Tunbridge Wells Shutters spent the time explaining the options and they never pushed for the higher specs or for the sale. We never felt rushed and their knowledge is second to none. We were able to select the right shutters for our house and they really have made it more of a home. The fitting team were so friendly, efficient and tidy its a bespoke service. Thank you very much we cannot recommend using you enough!

Great product and great service from pre-sales to installation. Pricing was around 15% cheaper than other local trusted companies for the same product.
These shutters have completely transformed our new house and we love them!

Supply and fitting of shutters
I spoke to Tunbridge Wells Shutters in June and someone came round within a few days. He took me through everything , including the fact that delivery could take a long time as a result of covid. I wanted to go ahead and measurements were taken. A quote was emailed through quickly and my order placed. I was kept in touch with delivery information. When available an appointment was made for fitting and I am very happy with the standard of both fitting and quality of the shutters.

The fitting was well done and the workmen are extremely tidy.
Even if there were delays that were out of their control, I felt well informed of the progress as I waited for my shutters.
